    I am the Production Manager at **************************************** **. I was interested in ordering their product since ************ is a certified Ceramic Pro dealer. I was told to contact *********************** via email to order product. I also run an Automotive Business and I discussed with *** what the easiest and best way would be to order one sample product to coat some stone samples. He said I could do it via my Automotive business since I am only ordering one bottle of ceramic pro strong just to coat a few samples. I sent him my business insurance, business license, address, etc, whatever he needed. He then proceeded to tell me that he cannot send me any product as there is a dealer established here. Was very disappointed as I was talking to him for months all the while he assured me of sending the product. Since, he would not send it to my own business; I told him I'd rather just order it through ************ as a Production Manager. He then replied to my email and placed false accusations on me of trying to bypass him and the system to order the product. He also blatantly LIED that ************ is not licensed. Lastly, he proceeded to threaten my by saying that he has notified his corporate about this "bypass" that I was trying. I will attach a picture of our license and certification to this complaint. I replied to him and haven't heard since. The company has not even bothered to address this issue. Hopefully, a post here will help get a response from them.

    On October 6, 2018 I picked up my car from an authorized Ceramic Pro installer in ********, **. I purchased the Ceramic Pro Gold Lifetime Warranty package. The coating looked wonderful with a beautiful shine on an all black car. I spent the extra money on the Gold Lifetime Warranty package as I was planning to keep the car for many years. Part of the warranty requirement was to have the coating refreshed annually. Without the annual refresh, the warranty would revert to 5 years from the last refresh date. I was also told that the finish should be hand washed with approved products. I followed all the warranty requirements making sure to take the car each year for the required annual refresh.In October 2023 I found that the original authorized Ceramic Pro installer no longer supported Ceramic Pro and I was instructed to take the car to an authorized Ceramic Pro installer in *********, **. When the car was viewed by the ********* Ceramic Pro installer he pointed out some areas on the top flat surfaces of the car that indicated failure of the coating due to age which would require a reapplication of the Ceramic Pro product.I supplied the original sales receipt for the work performed in October 2018 showing the Ceramic Pro Gold Lifetime Warranty package purchase. The *********, ** Ceramic Pro installer told me that he would submit a warranty claim so the coating could be redone under warranty.After almost 4 weeks I was told by the *********, ** Ceramic Pro installer that the warranty claim was denied by Ceramic Pro stating that the product failure was related to incorrect application of the Ceramic Pro product.I don't agree that the failure was as a result of the installation as the car finish looked perfect for several years. I also don't understand the purpose of having the work performed by authorized Ceramic Pro installers if Ceramic Pro does not stand behind the work performed by those same authorized installers. I will never use this product again.
