I pay ****** on a monthly basis and want to end the contract as Mitchell 1 does not have the content, or the support for the content or customer support that they advertise or say they have when they sold their product to me. Their customer support team does not help or rectify the issues, they only want to collect your money They don't care about the customer or their issues or want to help the customer, they only want to collect the money. Their troubleshooting steps led me in circles and they did not help or come up with a solution to that and on 2 other occasions they did not have wire schematics for a **** F250 and a F350, I called and could not get a hold of their content support or customer support so I left voicemails but no one ever called back.I do not want any money back I just do not want to pay from November 2024 to October 2025 for a service that I used 6 times and it failed 3 times and no one helped.Initial Complaint

This business promised us 3 months of a free trial of a service, and noted on every call that we would not be charged for anything until everything was setup and running. They said that until our website was built and launched, our ads account was setup, and our social media was setup, we would not start the clock on the 3 month free trial. However, they started billing us in October a total of $894.87. They billed again in November and again in December. We called our *** and he assured us that he made a mistake and sold us the wrong thing, and got his supervisor on the phone to resolve the issue. They tried to offer us some deals but we made it clear that we were not happy with the service and were exercising our right to cancel within the trial period. We were promised 3 months free trial for a service we never recieved, and are now being charged for that service. They told us over the phone that they would cancel the service and refund our money a month ago. None of that has happened.Initial Complaint

Mitchell One is a company that sold me an additional product (PROSPECT) back in July 2024 with a 30 day trial period. If I didn't like it I could cancel with no penalty. When the 30 day period was over and I tried to cancel by calling and emailing customer service and my sales ********************** stated that the cancellation had to be done through my sales *** who refused to answer my calls or voicemails. After getting a hold of a manager "Mo" he stated he would take care of the matter and refund me the cost back that I paid. I agreed to upgrade to a better package and more features for more money and have never been given back my refunded money yet. It is now November and and after several attempts through my sales, ***, customer service and manager "Mo" they all keep giving excuses why the money hasn't been refunded. Many hours of work have been lost due to failure to refund my money which has been agreed upon.Initial Complaint

I have taken both of my vehicles to this "repair shop" for breaks service and end up with even worse breaks than I had before. the first vehicle started making rough break sounds 2 weeks after being "repaired" at this shop.Second vehicle he did an overhaul repair costing me almost 3 thousand dollars. owner stated it will no longer give me more issues , I took his word for it. not even a few days later, it started having break issues (smoking and bad smell) I called the mechanic and told him about this. he said it was normal and to just keep driving the ***** month later, my breaks started grinding to a level where I was concerned. I took the vehicle back to the shop for warranty work. the shop owner stated that I was driving the car too much. and said he would "fix it" but will void my warranty afterwards. needless to say, the breaks were grinding a few weeks later.I took my vehicle to pep boys to have them check the breaks and I was told by a service *** that previous mechanical work did not ***lace the breaks at all. showing me a very thin break pad. long story short I had to spend 500 dollars to have my breaks and rotors ***laced in order to safely drive again.Initial Complaint

I am a mobile mechanic and I was looking for service manual information. Only I had read mixed reviews about Mitchell1 and decided to give them a call as they are partly owned by ******. I was told about a three month free trial and the salesman added services that I did not need, but said I could always modify the account and or cancel within the free trial. I called prior to the three month and asked to speak to a billing manager to cancel my services . I was told it would take 3 to 5 days to speak to someone and they would be calling me back. When I spoke to someone, they informed me that I was under contract since the first month and I had only 30 days to modify and or cancel my service, this is not what the salesman told me over the phone. These business practices are deceiving and shameful As we are in the auto servicing industry, we should be friends with one another instead its these companies that are causing auto businesses to fail. The billing manager told me the only way that I could cancel was if I proved that my business was closing. I cannot believe how much stress this has caused me within my business and I strongly urge if you have any doubts about this company, do not buy their services. Not only is the customer service not helpful and deceiving But the program itself is outdated. When looking up information about any vehicles newer than 2020 you will find hardly any information . Search engines online can be a better use of information than this program said to be best in the business . Absolutely not, I have been getting billed monlthy for a service I dont use and was shrudley , decievungly negotiated into signing up for . Apparently all lines are recorded , except for the ones where the salesman is selling you on the product ? All these things and more stressful headaches is what is coming if you sign up for this company . Save yourself the time money and frustration and avoid this company .Initial Complaint

We purchase a software package that was falsely sold. We paid a year in advanced and asked for refund - full amount or prorated amount and they still want to take more time to getting this resolved. They have NO SUPERVISOR available to speak to at all and it will take another ***** hrs to respond when this has already taken months.Initial Complaint

In January i was talking to my local snapon representative and he suggested i try a free trial of ******* 1 to save some money. With signing up the local trainer is supposed to show up and teach you how to use the program, verify you like it before billing you. Since February i have been billed for this service, no idea how to work it and for 6 months didnt have access to it. I was working with my snapon representative to figure it out but the local trainer would never show up or return calls. I had a payment decline so ******* reached out finally to collect and I informed them of my issues and was offered zero compensation or assistance of anything and was told if i decline payments they would just send it to collections. On top of that the bill doesnt even come to my name its someone else but they still insist i must pay for a service i have no idea how to use or want after all the anger and frustration. Let it be known my name is **** ***********************, i have no idea who ***** isInitial Complaint

Hello, I'm getting a bill from Mitchell1 company, regarding an account that I did not open nor authorize. A 3rd party that I contract with set the account, without my knowledge. The incredible part is that Mitchell1 did not due a proper due diligence that would validate this 3rd party. The 3rd party *************************** is not authorized to do business as *********************** see Florida sunbiz.gov. Now they are billing my business, EuroJap AutoWorks with over $2,000.00. The account has his name, phone number, and email as contact, see attached document Mitchell1 sent me. How would I have known, but only after the fact? Not good business practice of setting up an account without the owner knowledge, its fraudulent and deceiving. Please stop collecting my business its affecting my work.
