    Date of transaction 01/11/2023 amount paid $800 Business committed- car repair. This business is a mechanic shop, that is acting like it is a licensed repair shop. They did work on my car without my consent and did not complete or fully repair my car. I did not authorize or consent to any of the work done on my car and they still charged my card. I disputed the charges with my credit card - which they initially credited me back but the business provided the credit card company with a copy of a receipt that showed signature authorization , however it is not my signature and was a forged scribble.I would like to report this business as a fraudulent business because it is acting as a repair shop when it is solely a mechanic shop,

    As a licensed shop operating in the same location for over 35 years, ********** Repair is one of the busiest and most reputable auto repair shops in *********. Over the past 35 years, we have earned a reputation for providing high-quality service and honest workmanship to our customers.

    We are proud to say that 99% of our customers are either repeat or referrals, which is a testament to the trust and confidence that they have in our services. We would not have been able to achieve this level of success if we were dishonest or engaged in fraudulent activities.

    In your case, you had originally accepted the estimated repair cost of $1200.00 for your daughter's car. However, upon coming to collect your vehicle, you claimed that you did not have enough money and could only pay $800. Although this was a significant loss for us, we gave you a substantial discount as a good gesture.

    Despite this, you proceeded to call your credit card company and stop the payment to us, which is not only immoral and dishonest but also unethical. Additionally, you claim that we did not fix your car properly, but you did not bring it back to us to show us what we did wrong so that we could correct it.

    We take great pride in providing honest and reliable service to our customers, and we would never engage in fraudulent activities such as forging signatures. We understand that misunderstandings and miscommunications can occur.

    Additionally, you claimed that we did not complete or fully repair your car. However, we do not have any record of you bringing your vehicle back to us for further repairs or to address any issues you had with our service.
