    On Saturday September 24th a group of 9 people rented a boat from this business and on returning we learned 3 out of our 5 cars were towed by western towing company due to no permit. When we checked in with the employee, Nashia, we were not offered any parking permits or even educated on where we were able to park. I have spoken to ******** and ******* the Managers of this location and all that I have been told is they are sorry this happened and they understand but there's nothing they can do. If they offered parking permits we would have taken them and not had to have paid $390 to get our cars out. ******** also stated that this happens often and that they have pleaded with the towing company to only come Friday, Saturday and Sunday because its effecting their business. Also ******** stayed he would call the towing company and try to explain the situation and see if they would give us a discount but when we arrived the lady stated she spoke to ******** but he never mentioned anything about a discount. Ultimately I dont feel like I should have had to pay for the towing in the first place since it is part of the contract with the boat rental to provide parking permits.

    We did not tow their cars.   We do not tow anyone.  They parked in a lot that requires a permit, not our.  We have no fewer than 8 signs that warn people and direct them where to park

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
