      I'm requesting a refund for: -the three recent transactions of $12.80 each on my account -the recent business transactions of the items that I purchased, total of $30.64 -the $119.84 in sales that I made that have somehow been redirected to my ads -- I did not request that. In all I'm requesting a refund of $188.88 from Sellvia/Dropship. This is because the agent I spoke with on Friday April 28th deceived me totally. She subscribed me to a $10 per day plan. However, ******* is adding a $2.80 fee to every transaction, that was not disclosed to me. On top of this, I was told by the company that I could withdraw when I hit $100 in sales. But now that I have $119.84 in sales, the website is taking a portion out for some bogus fees. That was also not disclosed to me when I signed up. When I tried to click it to withdraw, it went to my ads instead of to my bank account. It's really confusing. I did not request more ads as I've already shut down my account -- so have I lost the $119.84 entirely? I've called my bank and they said they'll be disputing this for me, but in sum I'm requesting a full refund of all of this in my bank account, whatever was taken out in these past few days, plus the $119.84 in sales I am owed. The agent I spoke to was not been responsive besides saying this: "The price of the service is $10, depending on the bank you use there can be additional fees. You can top-up the amount. For example, you can put $150 and this amount will be used towards Sellvia Adds without fees. When you withdraw your profit, there can be a commission, couple of dollars." ******* has not charged fees, the fees are coming from AliDropship/Sellvia so this is a lie. I just want my money fully back, the full $188.88.

      Before I get too into this my experience with ***** dropship is very horrible and I want to put this out there before anybody else decides to sign up with them they have taken over ***** for my personal money from me not only my personal money but a retirement savings went into this some some money I strip together from friends and family went into this and then my own personal full two paychecks have gone into this from my other job and they are now telling me that I have to pay them $4,000 more in order to get these funds released I work on their alley drop shipping agent website at the store and I have closed out mini grab orders for them and every time the account goes into negative that's called a lucky package and a lucky package order is to get temporarily replaced and then we can withdrawal our salary so I temporarily had to replace an $8,000 order which made me a $6,000 commission and that went into the to the salary that I had made prior to this lucky package order I had another one and my first *********************************************** total and it seemed like the more I made the higher the package order was going to be so temporarily replacing my money is BS because they don't make your temporarily replace anything when I finally was able to withdraw my salary they put it on hold and said I had to pay $4,000 more in order to get it off so this is a complete BS business and I don't encourage anybody to sign up for them cuz I work my a** off doing what I had to do to get to withdraw my funds and they still will not do it and they're saying if I don't pay it all my salary and earnings will go into a charitable contribution whatever that means but I feel like they just don't have the money to pay me

      I signed up for an automated online store with Ali dropshipping in february 2024. And they were to build an automated online store for me but it was a scam business. They build the store but did not do much after that no ANY money made. and they had promised that they will handle everything for me all i have to do is follow up with my business advisor which i did but still no money made. They took my store down and i wasted hard earned money that the representative that i first talked to get my online store business goind no longer answers my text or phone calls. Im left with a debt to pay for the money i used to open this business. Please all i need is my refund on the the money i paid its sad to scam people who are trying to find a second way to earn money to keep up with this expensive life and all you guys do is just lie on how youl'l create a well doing online store and that you will handle everything about the store.

      I signed up for this free 14 day trial drop shipping account and tried to cancel the next day after I realize there are a middle man for the drop shipping. Customers place order and they of course have to pay for the order. I am also required to pay for the order as well and then I get the difference after the customer funds clear from what I paid also. You dont find this out until u pay and I thought the 14 day free trial meant they dont charge over $300 was taken out of my account and I have been flood with more click bate and funnel aids to pay and pay more money for more products? I also was suppose to get 500 products only got 105 and was not best sellers just random stuff with 2 stuff toys. They refuse to give me my money back. The company advertises on ****** Alidropship but after your pay it becomes Sellvia drop ship? This is misleading to consumers. Then I get some email about an upgrade I never did and whats more confusing your advertising Alidropship on ****** but operating under ***************. I would have never signed up for ***********? If I dont get my refund I will be forwarding this info to the Attorney General for further investigation into bad practices and consumer misguide

      I signed up 14 days trial of drop shipping with this company. I have tried contacting the company support for website set up but no one help me by returning phone calls or email, so I had to cancel the subscription. The email were sent by auto AI with a lot of advertisings to ask me to sign up for more upgrade packages. After 1-2 days sign up the trial system, I got 2 sales notification from the system which encourage me to deposit money to account to process the order. I did deposit money, finished the transaction, but they did not want to refund me the amount I have paid and the profit I made from the sales after I cancel the subscription. Their excuse was I have cancelled subscription and requirements not met so I will not get the full money I deposited back. In order to try the system, I had used my own money to process the orders, now they are telling me that their company is keeping the amount of money I made profit plus my own money to finish the order transactions from the sales during the trial time. They refuse to refund the full amount money I deposited and profit I made during the trial time after cancelation. I think they set up 2 sales in purpose in order that I deposited money and will pay for subscription to withdraw the account sale balance. I hope people could see this complaint and be careful with this company.

      6/18/24 $29 I thought I did a free 14-day trial but now I am being charged $29 for a basic package.have false advertisements when you say it's free, but it's not

      When you chose a domain name did you see that there were 2 options: free domains and not free?
      We can not see any transaction for $29, if you can provide us with more details we can check it and also refund it for you.
      Also special for you we can give you 1 year Sellvia subscription for free to be sure we did our best for you. Also if you used any other email, please let us know, so we can also check all the transactions.

      I purchased the alidropship app and it was not working so I have been trying to contact support several times and I have been ignored by this company. the customer service number rings and hangs up. because I could not contact anyone I tried to download the app again to findout they blocked me and the error message says **** has expired. so basically they took my money and refuse to respond I can not even get a refund. they state in there advertising it is a onetime purchase so why would they prevent me from downloading what I already paid for, I believe they are scamming people and they need to be accountable.

      I contacted Alidropship after my purchase for the new Tiktok Platinum deal which is here at this link: **************************************************************** I reached customer service through their chat, I spoke with *************************** my so-called business advisor. After I explained in detail which is attached below my situation about purchasing the tiktok Platinum high ticketed store package in good faith. I provided screenshot of TikTok packages that say nothing of upsells after you purchase.I purchased a Supreme deal which is comparable to the TikTok Platinum package with Premium domain name, high ticket items, & 6 months social media ads....It cost over $940 because I purchased at least 3 themes separate from that. The Supreme deal was supposed to give me ***** design, 200 imported products, ******** Business, Free Gifts plugin, Upsell Plugin, Customer Gallery, Abandoned ************ listing, Social Rabbit auto post for Instagram, ********, and I think Pinterest, as well as a ******** ad package.. I was not able to use any of this and I was told so kindly by **************************** that within the following year ******* should be up and running smoothly. This actually took 3-4 years and I was happy to wait for perfection. When I explained to Saeed how I purchased the premium package a few years ago and gave him the emails used to purchase it so there would be no question to my request for the TikTok Platinum domain name Virale.shop, 100 high ticketed products, and ************ ad package for 6 months.. He did say that he would give me all this except only 1 month for social media ad package.This is very hurtful to me as a hard working mother of 3 with 1 child diagnosed with Autism. My desire is for what ***** promised >>The premium domain name Virale.shop, 100 high ticket products & 6 months of automatic social media ads.

      I signed up originally for a 14 day free trial and was going to cancel next day. You have to sign up for a trial to learn more about the company. While browsing their site, I was then notified by my discover card that ALIDROPSHIP charged me $306.00. I never agreed to pay for anything. The only agreement I was aware of was $39.99 a month after 14 day free trial. Which I was never going to pay due to me wanting to cancel next day. I am now not even allowed to log into my account with the email I signed up with for the trial. I tried to dispute it through my CC but ALIDROPSHIP has a no refund policy of course. I never authorized this charge and tried to reach out to them many times via email and phone with no luck or reply. I do not have $306.00 to throw away for something I never agreed to

      We purchased a premium store with additional packages totaling over $1500. As soon as we ran into problems or began requesting a refund, which is allowed within 30 days of purchase as outlined on their website, there is complete radio silence. All our emails have stopped being answered. It is a scam.
