    See all attachments. The service agreement on Sept/23 3 purchases billed of $537. Notes and concerns addressed in initial meeting in priority from intake personal. Assigned and scheduled with ******** as directly as my service provider. All email correspondence from Oct-Dec with my questions and concerns with the directed *** advised to address. It was impossible to connect varies times and reasons and finally after weeks of waiting for answer to my questions hoping to have an open, honest, and fair agreement, it did not work out as advised in emails. As 30 minutes passed on the phone call without one question asked. I had be very assertive to end the call, I was being intentionally respectful regardless of not receiving any respect during the call or feeling heard in the 30 min time frame after interjecting several times was the only way I could speak. I felt no respect or resolution in sight with continual repeated sentences spoken quickly and harshly at me. The company did not assume any responsibility, I was advisement due to me not telling ******** to stop before she started correcting issues to stop solely blaming me, defending the company, and defending services provided to me. Zero ability to address or care about my concern. The Conversation only clarified one issue the company was not a in any wrongdoing, nor would the company provide the partial reimbursement as I requested. The issue was clear when my written concerns and questions not answered in writing. I never received response to my email questions direct questions. As directed to schedule a call with the *** listed on correspondence, to ask questions and problem solve directly. The call was prolonged for weeks, I noted in communication my various concerns and attempts to make sure this phone call occurred. The professional started to focus increasingly creating situations that I did not request or advise to be focus creating more problems and wasting my resources available quickly.
