      Gave them my title and I never received payment. I have been calling them constantly and no-one picks up. pretty sure I got scammed and I don't know what to do. I was told they would wire me $6,800 the moment they got my title. This was also on the contract they sent me and on the text messages they sent me. They have received my title and I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY PAYMENT. I have called about 25 times now and no-one picks up my call.

      Carvio picked my car up 11/07/22 and handed me a check I took that check to several places that said their checks end up being bad . I deposited into my account and they put an extra 10 day hold on the funds because they said it is a potential risk dealing with those checks. They have my car and I have no money . Im sure the check wont clear because this has never happened to me with checks more than that. According to ace ******* cashing the company cancels the checks so that they can not clear they are on a do not take lost at all ace check cashing a I either want a valid check or my vehicle untouched back to me along with my title and key

      The check issued by our partner is a proof positive check subject to the processing rules and procedures of the entity that is cashing or depositing it. Our first recommendation is always take it to the issuing bank with your ID as they should be able to process it in real time without issues.

      We believe that this has been resolved and was in line with common banking rules/procedures. We have not received any recent communication from the customer to the contrary.

      Constantly being harassed by this company, they keep contacting me, multiple times a day, even after I have expressed no interest in them. I even got harassing text messages from *****************************. I replied STOP to prevent them, and they are still contacting me. I get more than 3 emails a day even after I have unsubscribed and reported spam on Gmail. It is a constant harassment from this company. I tried calling and I always get transfered to ****** who is the person harassing me.

      This customer continuted to text ********************** and our buyer continued to respond. The customer only needed to text STOP in order to be removed from texts. They did not do that.

I would like my data deleted, ESPECIALLY the copy of my license as there is no need for this company to retain that information.

      CARVIO complaint, was made an offer and now cant get ahold of anyone for assistance. Ive emailed text and called and no one has reached out. They made an offer of $1800 and sent the contract and was suppose to pick up by 7/18/22 and Im still waiting for any kind of response from them.

      Our customer service team has touched based with the customer to confirm that the vehicle was picked up and paid. We are working with our telephony carrier to avoid some calls and texts being marked as junk in our system to avoid customer frustrations like this.

      Received a quote of $925 for a **** ***** S10 from carvio. After completing all the forms and receiving a call from a carvio representative on 7-6--2022 finalizing the offer of $925 and a pickup date of 7-8-2022 another representative contacted me offering $450. Less than half of what the initial offer was that was finalized on. I have all documentation stating the offer.

      CarVIO provides a service that does not require an onsite inspection, and the quotes provided by CarVIO are provided in good faith. All quotes are subject to review and validation by our professional appraisers. We do this to avoid on-site negotiation by the tow truck drivers and we can make sure that customers are paid on the spot. 

      In this instance the offer was revised from $925 to $600 after the photos were submitted and the front end damage was worse than what was expected. After an escalation to the call center manager, the customer did accept the $600 offer and we continued the transaction. 

      The vast majority of our quotes are accurate and do not require revision after the photos and review . We continually provide feedback to our buyers to avoid valuation errors. We are committed to improving our internal processes to avoid experiences similar to this instance.

      I filed my taxes like I have few years before using turbo tax and I did not receive my full refund that I was expected to. There shouldnt be any reason why any changes needed to be done, i was told my dependent wrong but I do not have any children and Im single ALL my information was correct. Im 100% expecting to collect my rightfully earned tax return. It took longer than it should have for me to receive my return and I didnt even get the full amount. Its absolutely ridiculous and I am expecting to be receiving the rest of my tax return within the next month or so.       I purchased a car from this establishment in October of 2021. Had to return multiple times to verify the *** for the registration. 3 months later a third party representative contacted me to, again, verify the *** to obtain registration and plates. 2 days ago the car was pulled over for expired temporary plate and impounded. We cannot retrieve the vehicle as there is no current registration file with DMV. The finance company and I have attempted to contact the dealership and its owner with no response. The dealership has failed to provide the bank with the title as of 2/23/2022

      Sold them a car on 10/21/2021. Now in February of 2022 I am getting calls from the *************** wanting me to pick my car up out of an impound lot. They resold the car without removing my name from the title. Trying to reach a person is impossible even when you have their direct extension number. I made a 100% truthful review on ****** and the owner denies that I ever sold them a car. He is calling me a liar for the world to see. I have proof that not only was the sale made but that they have a record of the sale and his statement is a 100% fabrication.https://g.co/kgs/v2FpJ9
