I have been ordering CDB gummies from Royal Blend for the past year for my mom's sciatica pain without any problems, and they have been helpful. On October 22, 2022, I ordered (3) Royal Blend 750MG CBD Gummies for $179.85, and they gave me a free bottle of their CBD Dream gummies. On Oct. 30th, 2022, I received an opened package via *** Mail Innovations via the ***** The package was either damaged or opened on purpose. There were 1 of 3 bottles of the gummies I ordered which leads me to believe that the package was damaged and not opened for theft, why would they leave 1 bottle? I sent an email to ******************************* about my issue without any response (including checking my junk mail). I sent the email again on Nov. 1, 2022, and called the customer service number at ************** and spoke to a customer service rep. (***) who took my complaint and stated someone would get back to me and never did. I called again a week later and spoke to another *** who said the same exact scripted protocol, and still no reply, either by email or phone call. I have called a total of 5 times, including again today, and sent yet another email today, still without a reply about my issue since October 31, 2022. Each time, the *** states they "are elevating this to the next level," and every time, no one calls.
