    When reviewing my ********** credit report, I noticed Turnstile Capital Management showed up four times throughout this year making Account Review Inquiries on my credit report. When I called the phone number listed in my credit report, **************, and spoke with a company representative named *****, she confirmed I did not have an account with them and did not know why the inquiries were on my credit report. A company that does debt collections should have a good reason to run a credit inquiry on someone they do not have any associations with. And to be unable to provide a reason or explanation for their actions is disturbing.

    Today, April 13th of 2023, I received a letter, and a phone call, from Turnstile Capital Management LLC, on behalf of UNIFUND CCR LLC, with an offer to settle a debt from 2017. I am no longer liable for this debt and request the company, along with any and all of it's affiliates, immediately ceases and desists further contact attempts to myself, or anyone I am related to, or that I engage in business with.

    This is a matter to resolve a debt. I received a settlement offer letter with no clear instructions on where to mail the payment. I mailed the payment to the only address that was listed on the back of the letter. I was told that I mailed the payment to the wrong office and they will have to wait to receive it. I was also told that the payment would be ***** to their other office. It has been 3 weeks and the correct office has not received the payment from the other office! Time is of the essence and of course I would not have mailed the payment incorrectly had the address been included in the settlement letter. The business practices are sub standard and its clear Im waiting for one person to go to the bank! All I need is a letter that the debt has been settled and I will go on my way.

    Turnstile Capital Management based on ********** its sending me harassing letters demanding a sum of money I do not owe them. I have no clue of these people are.

    this complaint to our attention and allowing us to respond.
    TCM received an account for ****************** in March 2022 regarding a loan owed to Younomics
    Private Student Loan Trust for $16,374.55. TCM sent letters regarding this loan to ******************
    on 3-12-2022, 5-3-2022 and 6-6-2022.
    Based on Mr. ******** request for no further contact, we have ceased communication
    attempts and will not contact him regarding this loan again.
    We appreciate your time in helping to resolve this matter. Please contact us with any
