      This complaint is for the company called " GET IT FREE" or "TRY.GETITFREE-SAMPLE.COM" I sent them a few requests to take me off their email list. They say it takes 5 to 10 days but i keep receiving emails from all different advertisers, day and night. This is becoming very annoying. I sent my email request to someone called ****** She said she will take care of it but hasn't happened yet. It started with a give away with Dewalt tools. Its been a nightmare ever since. I would appreciate it if you can help me out. This is why you dont go for these scams. I do not want any of my information given out too anyone or any advertisers. I look at forward to your response. Thank you.

      I responded to a get it free deal on "get it free.us" and never got anything. Now I get numerous emails from them. I have tried to unsubscribe on their site and nothing happens. I just want to unsubscribe and have nothing to do with this site ever again. Thank you for your help.

      My complaint is similar to those already filed against this company,and at least one of them is identical. I saw an abb for free Dewalt tools and started to inquire. I never completed or agreed to the conditions of this company. I was immediately bombarded with solicitation request. I contacted the company via one of their solicitations and told them to immediately cease and desist sending me any information and to not sell or use my information for any purpose. This took place on or about September 6th 2021. The company has refused to honor my request.. I want them to quit contacting me and if they have used my information for profit I want that money accounted for and refunded to me and let everyone that has been given my information to be put on notice not to use it an any way.I will also be following up with the *** if this is not handled. Thank you

      I have requested several times to be unsubscribed from getitfree.com. But, they still send emails on a daily basis. This is in violation of the national do not call mandate.

      I have selected the Unsubscribe option several times over a several week period. As you can see from the attachment, I received another email from them on 9-15-2021. So, their comment to select the Unsubscribe option and wait 3-5 days is false.

       This was the exact same response that they posted last week. UNSUBSCRIBING DOES NOT WORK!!! I continue to receive emails from them, several times every day. I have unsubscribed at least a dozen times over a 3-week period. I have gone to their website and asked them to cease sending emails to me. I have tried blocking their email address. All to no avail. I think that they should be fined for ignoring unsubscribe and no contact requests. See proof of the continued emails from them in the attachments.

      Complaint ID: ********, the user did not complete the form to unsubscribe and therefore was not in our database to be removed as he had indicated. He did npt even send a formal unsubscribe request until the 27th of this month. I have added his information manually and has been removed from our email list however, we can not control if the user returns to subscribe to our list again.
       
      Our response to the user is **** days from the time he completed the unsubscribe form on our emails - to which the user did not complete, moreover his complaint suggested 3-5 but it is clearly stated in my response that it is **** days for complete removal given that the user unsubscribed using the link in our email footer.
       
      According to his attached images, the emails (all of them) were under **** days from the day his information was submitted formally. 

      On our end, we did our due diligence and we stated clearly the expectations and the process to unsubscribe. Furthermore, according to our team, the user did not unsubscribe until the 27th of this month, our last email to him was the 26th, and he had no opened an email from us since the 22nd. He didn't even unsubscribed as he had stated in his complaint until the 27th.

      I filled out information for a free set of pyrex storage containers. When I filled out their survey the last page asked what stage of cancer I have. I don't have cancer. I tried to go back to the page where the original cancer question was posed & the site would not allow me to do that. I then filled out a form for CA residents where I indicated that I wanted my information deleted. At the bottom of the form you are asked to type in a scrambled letter cod & then hit the submit button. The submit button does not work. This company needs to be prevented from conning people thorugh their ads on You *************** else they are placing them. They are illegally preventing you from retracting your information once you suspect they are a scammer who is only after your personal info. There are warnings from others on ****** about this company. Unfortunately I didn't read them until after I got hooked & reeled in. Tried to stop being such a skeptic. Now I am a confirmed skeptic.

      The "Submit" button for the form will appear active if all required information is completed. Did you make sure that all information on the form was filled out? For the the scrambled letter code you are able to request a new code if the one presented is hard to read. They scrambled code is generated randomly and sometimes can be difficult to read for some. There is a little recycle (two arrows curved in a circular motion) that will allow you to generate a new code.       The submit button did not coordinate with the scrambled letters. I did the scrambled letter entry 3 times successfully & still was unable to submit. My concern is that this problem was intentionally created so that you could not be notified of my desire to withdraw & cancel all information. The fact that I was prevented from returning to pages I had filled out was an indicaton of something unsavory occurring on your site. Add to this that you are sending me a lot emails with "offers" even though I have reported you to 2 different entities also seems to indicate that you are unwilling to cancel & delete my information as requested. You are continuing to sell it & therefore violating my right to have my information canceled & deleted. I ask that my information is canceled & deleted; that you cease & desist with email "offers"; that you stop selling my information to 3rd parties. You have a lot of negative reviews online. This would indicate that a class action law suit might be a more effective way to deal with you.

      I have already responded to this by declining to accept their response. I am still getting a lot of email from them. They are still illegally blocking the submit button on their "survey" on the page which states that residents of the ******************* have the right to request the destruction of their survey information as disclosed to the advertiser. I do not want to receive anythng from these people/this company. i am sure they have already sold my information & will continue to sell my information to third parties. 

      Why am I receiving this 2nd notice from you with the exact same communicaiton you have already sent me & which I have already responded to?

      This company is advertising free samples of various products if you fill out their survey.The survey was nothing more than a scheme to gather my personal information and provide it to their affiliates. Since filling out their survey, I have not received any free samples whatsoever. What I have received are daily texts from unknown senders telling me that I have won money, texts trying to gather financial, personal and business information as well as daily emails from vendors and other such forms of harassment.

      My complaint is not that I haven't received any free samples.
      My complaint is that I want to stop receiving the endless texts,phone calls and emails that I am receiving every single day and at all hours of the night.
      Remove my phone number and email address from any and all lists that it was placed on. STOP HARASSING ME!

      They have no way of contacting them but they are blowing my phone up at work and away from work with offers of stuff that don't exist I just want them gone and they owe me an apology and they can pay my phone **** for a few months after all the data they made up on it
