    When I signed up with this so called company for help with my credit card bills, they told me not to pay the bills that they would be contacting the creditors to dispute the debt. I have since paid them money's, law firms are suing me in court. They assign a so called lawyer he does very little to help with the settlement, mind you when I was asked not to pay, the monthly premium, then the late fees, the over limit all these added to the card. the so called lawyer cannot negotiate those fees which I incurred by being told by Briteside not to pay on the credit card bill. this has been so stressful these folks should never have been in business. getting paid monthly but doing very little for me as the consumer.

    I enrolled 6 accounts with Briteside Solutions in October of 2023. I received court summons from 3 of these accounts as of April 2025, AFTER THEY HAD BEEN OUTLINED AS ALL FULLY DISPUTED. This resulted in me being responsible for $17,000 I will have to pay these creditors. I also have a 4th account that was never disputed by Briteside and I will end up having to pay $3,000 to this creditor. They collected over $7,000 in monthly premiums from me over 17 months. Briteside claims that they will dispute credit accounts on your behalf in order for you to not have to pay the creditors the full amount owed. This is not true and misrepresentation of services. This is going to have to end up in me filing a civil law suit, due to the fact Briteside refuses to issue any sort of refund for misrepresenting services. I would not recommend any one to utilize this route for credit restoration.

    We have spoken multiple times with the client regarding the summons the client received. The client kept insisting on receiving a cash refund for the services of the account in question, which we explained multiple times was being given to him in the form of a credit towards the balance of the services still owed. We are currently reviewing this complaint and the clients file in full and will be reaching out to the client to discuss.

    Briteside Solutions seems to be on the predatory side. There were a few issues, and with all of this, I am hoping they will refund at least half of my money.1.When I signed up with ***, he told me to call/email him if I had any questions. I called and left messages and emailed. He did not reply 2.Yes, they advised this is not a settlement, however, it is how they use their words. About 2 months ago, my **** mgr said that one acct was settled and closed and will be updated on my credit report since they had not heard from the collection *** in 30 days. This was after a few letters. The debt was sold to a 3rd collection agency, a law firm. I found out, despite the letters, they could still take me to court if I didnt pay and it was heading to that. I called a debt Company last night and today signed up with them when I found out the truth. I emailed the new acct manager at ********************** and she said they do not settle. I told her what the previous **** mgr said and there was no response. I emailed to cancel. 3.Again, I emailed them this morning to cancel so I would have it in writing. The new account manager, ********, said the account has been placed on hold, and someone from their quality assurance team will call me. Yeah, if they called me, I could not answer because I work until 4:30 p.m., mst so it is unknown if they will be playing games on getting it cancelled.With the misleading information and advising me that if the collections company does not respond or provide valid proof, it would close it out and be updated on my report, I feel Briteside should refund, if not all, then half the money I paid them. They took advantage of someone who was desperate because of losing the main source of income and had not done much but send letters, knowing it would not close out the debt with the collection company. This will not be considered closed until my account has been canceled with them and I receive at least half my money back, which would be $2400.

    I have try to connect them for days they don't answer my calls or emails they had not work in my case at all and they do not give me a refund.

    The client was placed in cancelation multiple times for lack of payment. Client was reinstated in January and promptly missed the January payment as well. Her account was then permanently canceled. We would not allow reinstatement due to lack of good pay history. Client threatened us with a bad BBB review if we didnt reinstate her or give her a full refund of payments she made while still in the program. We notified the client that all the work was done while she was in the program and we had no choice but to cancel her for non payment. We diligently serviced this clients accounts and tried our best to work with her. We consider this case closed.

    Minus one star, they took my money for over a year and a half, they said they will take care of my debt, as of February ******************************************************************************************** to their lawyers which Im paying for out of my monthly payments. I fought with them about the summons to go to court. I cant pay for that amount the creditors are asking for and still pay Briteside they did refund me some money but not enough to pay for another lawyer to get me out of this mess. im having to file for bankruptcy.I know I was and is responsible for my debt. But losing your job, husband with cancer medical bills and high interest rates. I just couldnt catch up, They are very dishonest people and liars. And I feel bad because I got my son into the same program and theyre doing him the same way.. I did cancel with them and I am not willing to go back to work with them ever again. And soon as I cancel they delete all information and my portal from me. I did not receive any paperwork and I had my contract and my signature all on my portal. I asked for copies and they said its in my portal, but as I can remember when you go in the portal it was really blurry I questioned them about that also, they just told me they would look into it. Nothing came of it when I wanted to make copies for my file before I cancel them. So sad! Such a corrupt company,

    So Brightside solution told me to stop paying my debt and they will handle things its going on 2 years I pay them there fee every month I got two courts dates no lawyer showed up for nor does the lawyer call me back so I lost both cases and will now have to pay that back even more money than I started off owning due to all the late fees, court cost and lawyer fees for them .. they said no one can contact me but I keep getting calls and ************* r yet to do anything bout that .. I feel they are scamming me !!!

    I had a gut feeling that Briteside Solutions was going to be disreputable from the beginning. From the start, I called and requested a cancellation, and they had the law firm call me, which seems like it was a scare tactic. Then had the "counselor" call me to smooth things over. She explained that everything they did was above board and they have helped X amount of people. I should have just stopped and stood firm. The gross misrepresentation she fed me about her roll in how she "helped" her clients and where the monthly payments were supposed to be going were absolutely not what was happening. Once I had a paper letter that arrived, but was in a different location, I sent it to her as soon as I could. I told her that this account might go to summons and please call and start the process. She said "Oh, darn, hope they don't do that." She never called. She never intended to.I want my full refund back. Zero accounts have been settled. None. Only some have been called on, and they have only been disputed, that can simply be a circular system of creditors where my credit never gets out from under me. I have two now being disputed and they are going to "remove my lawyer from my cases." I told her that is fine. I just want anyone to know and understand that this company is disreputable and misleads their clients from the origin point. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (especially to your wallet...)

    I hired briteside solutions as a credit consolidation company. They added all my open positive accounts into an 18 month program. I paid them 700 dollars a month for 18 months. Come to find out none of that money went to any of the consolidating of anything. Now 2 years later I'm being sued by companies in the program and having my wages garnished. I spent ***** dollars on nothing

    I paid Briteside Solutions to do a credit consolidation for me. I have been served 4 lawsuits from creditors that they supposedly took care of through their credit consolidation program, and I am now paying monthly payments to the creditors.

    In September of 2024 I reached out to Briteside for the purpose of helping me fix a financial mess I made during my addiction. I was under the impression that the monies that were being debited from my account were for the purposes of settling the debt as time went on. I was fortunate enough to be able to pay all of my debt on my own and thought that since I no longer needed this company they would give me some form of credit from the funds that were debited. It turns out the funds are strictly used for Briteside. Theres no settlement, ever. They just ensure that your credit report does not reflect negative accounts. How is this legal?
