      Denied a car loan due to this company that I've never heard of prior to this denial. I've worked too hard to get the money saved up for the down payment just to have this random company be the cause of my denial. They state my score is in the low 400's which is incorrect. All 3 of the reputable agencies show my score over 200 points higher and in the last 12 months alone I've gotten those scores up over 100 points. Why this company that I've never heard of says my score is that low I dont know. They offer zero online process to dispute, or even see how they reached that determination. You have to wait for them to mail it to you. This isnt 1992, we have the internet and every other reporting agency has an online platform to access all of this. Now I have to go through what will most likely be months of trying to figure this nonsense out when I'm desperately needing to get a vehicle, have the money ready to go but am denied based on their insane incorrect scoring. The letter states lack of history at current address and phone. I've lived in total at this address for 4 years, thats 1/3 of my entire credit history, phone # has changed once in *************************************************************************************************** Im requesting all of this be corrected and reported accurately otherwise I'll be freezing my credit report through them and never touching it again. Then anyone that pulls my credit wont deny me based on an incorrect score that i've busted my a** getting to a reasonable level.

      We went to purchase a vehicle last month and come to find out ALLY denied our loan due to the fraudulent information provided by Sage Stream? Who even are these guys? Our letter in the mail said we had a 650 credit score! Pulled three reputable reports all high 700s. This company does not have relevant information pertaining to the consumer and should be thoroughly investigated before more people end up denied, or with sky high rates for no due justice. I also did not authorize this company to pull a credit report without my consent, as hard credit checks bring down scores.

      I gave this dealership $2038 down payment for a car that I didn't end up buying. It took 10+calls and emails and over 6 weeks to receive $1000 check in the mail. I've since called multiple more times to get rest of deposit returned. No response!

      My husband and I applied for an auto loan through ********* Chevrolet January 4th 2025, with me as the co-applicant. Received notice over the weekend that one of the ********* branches had turned down the request as both of our credit scores were supposedly too low and the address and location of our cell phones was too great, and the credit reporting agency was SageStream LLC. HOWEVER, the info reported by SageStream is grossly incorrect. The SageStream score was 604; the Transunion/Experian/Equifax scores are 786/779/776. The area code/address issues make absolutely no sense. The information supposedly provided by this SageStream LLC is grossly false and incorrect. Attempts to find out where they supposedly got their information has resulted in failure as attempting to call them has resulted in numerous hangups. This SageStream LLC is a scam.

      I wish to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the handling of consumer disputes and challenges. It has come to my attention that form letters have been routinely dispatched in response to these matters, regardless of the specific information provided by the consumers. This practice is, in my understanding, legally problematic, as it fails to address each dispute and challenge on its individual merits, potentially contravening the requirement for such personalized consideration.

      During August 2024, I applied for a car loan. All bureaus showed similar information and score with the exception of SageStream LLC which was lower by ***************************************************************** the market and negatively impacts people for no reason.

      I dispute the low credit score from SageStream, LLC. I never heard of this place until I received a denial of a transaction submitted to a financial institute in attempt to approve financing. SageStream, LLC submitted a credit score almost half of what my credit score truly is; this action affected a financing opportunity for me. I am very familiar with the three major credit reporting agencies: Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. I have worked hard and planned well to create and maintain a favorable credit history, I have monitored my credit history and have seen positive improvement, then all of a sudden this odd ball company SageStream, LLC reports this low scoring which is absolutely incorrect. I have tried numerous numbers in attempt to contact them without success. I want a copy of what they have in their records to review and dispute. What is the modified terms relayed to the dealer? I am the consumer and is being kept in the dark as to what is going on with my personal records. This is so wrong and damaging: I want action taken! I will not sleep on this and I will not stop no matter how far I have to take it.

      I was declined for a loan by a bank *********** for an auto purchase. In the letter received by me from ********** they stated that SageStream LLC, an unknown credit rating service, put my credit at several hundred points lower than the big 3. Outreach to their owner, *************************** resulted in an automated phone tree referring to a non-functioning consumer complaint page on their website. An organization severely lacking in transparency shouldn't have access to the amount of information needed to offer reliable scoring.

      SageStream LLC, is using my information to verify my credit file. I have never heard of this company and never authorized them to do so.
