March 21,2021 ************ hospital performed services on a workmans compensation claim for a shoulder injury . they have been informed and sent this claim out for collections from a company called medical revenue service. Request a credit report because credit score is substantially different than others. Went to file a dispute on website, which lists a phone number to call. However, the phone number does not have a dispute option. It is an unfair trade practice to list a phone number to file a dispute and than not provide an option to file a dispute. Overall very difficult to dispute the credit report, only allowing someone to file over the mail, when phone or online should be available.Business Response

It has come to my knowledge Sagestream has been supplying my personally identifiable information to 3rd parties without my knowledge or my consent. The company is wrongly reporting that I am deceased! They have no means by which one may connect directly with customer service. I don't know who they are or how they came to report on/about me, but I need 1) a copy of the information about me contained in their records, 2) a copy of every report that they have provide about me, 3) dimmediate acknowledgement and correction of erroneous data within their databases and 4) a letter issued to every entity to whom they have provided false and inaccurate data and reporting. SAGESTREAM / LEXISNEXIS RISK SOLUTIONS was used to provide a consumer credit report to aid in qualifying for a line of credit. Without getting into personal details, I'm very much over qualified for the credit line request. When i received a letter explaining the denial, the reasons listed are completely inaccurate/false. I contacted customer support to report these fraudulent claims and was told their scoring system is different and that they take into consideration other factors the 3 majors do not, like phone number changes - which was one of the inaccuracies listed as reason for denial. The customer service person tried to assume the listed reasons were accurate and I was just not understanding instead of listening to me explain that all the listed reasons seem wildly inaccurate for my profile. This is simply unprofessional. My credit and/or consumer reputation should not suffer due to some business negligence. I intend to take full legal action if necessary.Business Response

We went to purchase a vehicle last month and come to find out ALLY (who we have banking with for years) denied our loan due to the fraudulent information provided by Sage Stream? Who even are these guys? Our letter in the mail said we had a 400 credit score! Pulled three reputable reports all high 700s. This company does not have relevant information pertaining to the consumer and should be thoroughly investigated before more people end up denied, or with sky high rates for no due justice.Business Response

On 1/5/23, I co-signed for an auto loan for my daughter because my credit with both experian and with transunion was over 820 and hers was not very good. The dealership turned the loan application in at a couple of places and one was ********* which used SageStream, LLC to get a credit report. They denied me. This report came back at 627. Letter received on 1/26/23 states adverse factors were all on the co-applicant (me). Two of these are completely unfounded. "History at address & phone", and "History at this phone". I have had this phone for 23 years and I have been at this address for `***** years. The other 2 factors were Time since most recent revolving acct, which I will give them. And # of inquiries, which might also be acceptable since I applied for a card in July '22. But where are they grabbing this info from? I have several phone's on my account because I am a retiree from Bell can have 10 lines at discount so family 's on my account. I also co-signed 15 months ago, a 12 month lease for a grandchild. That lease has ended, All was paid on time. And I never lived there. So, now I have a denial letter in my credit history. All because this company is grabbing information haphazardly without due diligence. I want them to correct their records and I want a response from them. The letter they sent gave a phone number to call, stating that if you have any questions regarding your credit score call this number. But the number only gives a recording offering a website address to fill out a form to receive the exact same information that I already have in this letter. They must do better and they must fix the damage they have done Any business who uses them should be avoided at all costs! This is disgraceful!Business Response

I received the letter today from LexisNexis with the complete report attached which was to contain all the details they had used to determine my score 200 points below TU & Experian. They had noted time at residence and time on phone number as part of determining factors-more than 50%. All of my phone numbers from the past 50 years were listed. The most recent being 10 years old, a land line I cancelled after 1 year. 2 phones still active one 20 yrs and the other 15. Addresses also showed my most recent one is over 10 years old although several old addresses have been repeated over and over but there are 7 addresses spanning 50 years. So this makes no sense. The give a number to call but I got a recording to please hang up and try again later. Calling back and it never even answered. Tried calling the other phone number and also no answer at all. Actually called a friend to verify it wasnt my phone. And these people are making decisions that can tank your credit and cost you a lot of money. The report provided will be sent back with 26 corrections name, address, and phone. How is it the other credit bureaus are getting it right but these guys cannot? The original denial letter also stated that they got my TransUnion report but Experian was Unavailable. Thats absurd. Experian does not become unavailable. Although SageStream definitely was today! I was calling before 7pm EST. I would also like an explanation for their failure to even pick-up phone calls during regular business hours. And I know they want me to dispute inaccuracies that caused them to come up with this bad report, but there was no inaccuracies with the phone numbers. And a 10 year old child could see that I cant live at all my old addresses at the same time. Common sense is required. How do they want me to correct phone numbers that werent wrong and the newest was 15 years old yet they said I had changed phones too often?Business Response

I did receive a letter but it contained the same information as originally provided except that they included pages of listings of my past addresses and the sources they show as having received them from. I have lived at all 6 addresses since ****. However not at the times shown. For instance,I married 10 years ago yet my married name appeared on each of these addresses. What they have is multiple variations of my 6 addresses and my name along with and without my phone from various locations. Their sources are not credible. Although they provide a phone number to call for assistance, the number was not answered at all when I called 2 hours before closing. No recording. No answer. Their website, as well as the papers sent to me, is more concerned with my auto insurance history than anything else. I was not applying for auto insurance so dont know why they pulled a history of auto accidents and insurance claims. What was that about? They sound reasonable in their response, but phones are not attended yet they tell BBB that I can call them. Website is unmanageable as well. I want their information corrected as regards my history
so that they do not report inaccurate address, name, and phone history and then use that to lower my credit score. They are wrong.
