I was disappointed with my visit to the ********** branch today. Despite arriving during business hours with the required documents, after confirming the process over the phone, the branch rep ********** told me I needed to fill out additional forms and make a separate appointment to return. She made no effort to assist me in completing the forms while I was there, which was especially frustrating since I took the day off specifically to handle this. I've had better experiences at other locations and will stick with Terra Nova going forward. Very disappointed!

It was a 4 points until they updated their system. Its awful. They did not inform us ahead of time. Information inaccessible past a few months. When you call you wait a long time and the never ending recording trying to sell you things is infuriating. You literally can't do anything else while waiting for them to answer. I will say that most, not all, of the representatives are helpful, but it is so painful reaching them. If I did not have my business with them I would switch to another bank. Stay away. So sad and unfortunate since I have been with them and loved them until last year.

Really really awful credit union. **************** is sub one star. People on the phone are rude or completely uninterested in actually helping you. They have an automated notice at the beginning of the call that there are active scams going around and then they immediately asked for the one time passcode when I asked for help with my account, which is insane. I'm canceling my account ASAP. I wish I had never opened an account with these people. If I could give zero stars, I would. What's more, when it comes time for tax season, I find out that tax documents fully are not available online and are ONLY mailed out, which is just annoying and ridiculous if you live somewhere with sketchy mailboxes/people stealing mail. Do not bank with this organization!

NO stars honestly. Been a member over 10 years and horrible banking corporation. Have had online and mobile banking for all years of being a member. Have a maintenance done on 7-6-24 or 7-7-24. New digital banking system installed. No information given to customers that new system would be in effect. Can't get into my bank accounts both mobile or online. Have to enroll in new digital banking system. Call at 7:30 AM when they open and the lady is apologetic that this has to be frustrated, my accounts are not available & problem would be escalated. No return call to inform if accounts are fixed or not. She was cancelling all fees of $80 on my account for overdraft fees and such since I was not able to get into my account and transfer money between. Call again later to let them know my son's account is not able to be enrolled in new system and rep ******* me that his is included in my enrollment. I explain it is not, it is a separate account per his social security. She tells me she can't help me if I am going to be angry and not let her explain. She tells me she understands my frustration, I say no I am sure you can get into your account perfectly fine so you have no clue. While on phone call with her, I get into my mobile and online accounts around 12 noon (trial and error, no phone call back form representative this morning) and is informed my son's account is on old system as it is a specific type of account. Try to go into my accounts at 6:45 PM same day and again accounts not available. NO customer service or help available until next day at 7:30pm. I should have access to my money and bank account at all times. I have been declined many times it is embarrassing in the stores and have no control of my money available. Will call again in morning and remind them it has gone to BBB and very unhappy. If your going to launch a new program MAKE SURE IT IS FLAWLESS AND ACTUALLY WORKS BEFORE YOU LAUNCH IT, Looking for new bank. NO access to bank accounts for 3 days now.

Shoot...I wish I had read the reviews before starting the process. I agree with pretty much every single one and unfortunately now down the path of no return. The turnaround in response doesn't even warrant a star in my book. After two weeks, I feel like I should be done with paperwork, etc. and yet I'm still at the starting line and ready to NOT sign any paperwork.

Pretty terrible, being treated like Im doing something wrong for trying to get into my own bank account, and they have withheld my checks for weeks for no reason leaving me without access to my own money and unable to afford living expenses. Would give 0 stars if I could

No stars. Terrible. ********, Branch on ***********. I had a joint account for 8 years, and they closed it without notification, due to inactivity, for one month, while they were charging us a monthly fee, also with no notification. No notification whatsoever. I called to see why we couldn't log in. Our tax returns are deposited every year into the account and are now in limbo for who knows how long.THAT IS JUST WRONG. There is always really long lines, not enough people to help either. NEVER Will use them again. I was told, well sorry! Bank anywhere else but here. Not worth the hassle!

Do not use this credit union. I never in my life wasted so much time trying to get an auto loan with this company. I have an over 800 credit score, no debt, and pretty decent income and they wont approve the loan cause they want proof of residency specifically a utility bill. There are thousands of different ways to prove residency. Mortgage bill, phone bill, internet bill, real estate tax bill, ********* or home insurance. But no, they only want a utility bill or else they wont be able to lend. Not only that, they take a day or two to respond to any questions. The only way to get a hold of someone is calling and being on hold for an hour before someone picks up. Luckily I went with a lower interest credit union the following day and was instantly approve with no proof of residency. I would steer away from the credit union.

I must say it does seem to be going downhill the last couple of years. Even though I notified them of my vacation out of the country, my debit card was declined at the *** the first night. I also noticed the *** now only has the co-op network and MasterCard. The only *** in ****** on the co-op network is in Crete and MasterCard is not widely available as a network overseas. That made getting cash very difficult. Today I went in to purchase a gift card and was told they no longer sell them. Not sure what's going on behind the scenes but they seem to be coming less accommodating.
