I was told I would be matched with men who meet my criteria. I purchased 4 matches. So far I have only been offered 2 matches. The first did not meet my criteria and was terminally ill. The second did not meet my criteria and told me he did not pay for his membership because the company takes money from women even when they have no men in their database to match them with, and therefore signs up men for $0 if they are willing to go on dates with all women to fulfill the company's match requirements. Also, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone; nobody will answer phones, texts or emails. When I finally got someone on the phone, she said, "we get 100s and 100s of calls, message, texts, and emails every day". When I replied "yes, but I paid ****s and ****s of dollars for my membership", I was clicked over to voice mail with no further discussion. If they don't have enough of one gender in the database to match with the other they should stop accepting people's money; and if they don't have enough personnel to handle their business they should either hire more people or stop accepting people's money. When I asked for my first match "back", as the man was terminally ill, their response was "that isn't fair since none of us are guaranteed tomorrow". Yes, I understand that, but that is NOT the same as matching me with a person that is terminally ill.I also want the second match "back", as I was told he was 5'11" and he is 5'8". I was also told he owned a swimming pool design / build company when in actuality he is actually a pool cleaner.The company is unable to match me because they have no men in their database who meet my criteria. I would like my first two matches credited back so that I again have 4 matches, and I would like attention to be paid to my membership and matches to be offered in a timely manner, and proper ability to converse with the company's personnel.
