The rep **** got mad because i said I didn't want to let me credit go lower in order for them to work on my interest rates. He said " well fix it yourself then" and hung up the phone in my face. Terrible companyBounce Debt Relief, Inc.

Hi **************** you for your feedback. You are 100% entitled to your own opinion and looks like we did speak to you about your situation but that was it. It was a discovery conversation and there was no transaction as you did not think it was a good fit. I'm not sure why you would be worried about wire fraud? as we do not do any wires of any kind. We're happy to discuss any matter with you if you would like, just not sure why we would get a one star review as the conversation ended on a good note. Thank you.
