      These people keep sending mail to my home address with false information about high credit card balances. They try to make it look like I'm in trouble, I am asking for an immediate response, etc. Other family members (My boyfriend, children) see's my mail and misinterpret these scare tactics of this company. I will not call the number to tell them to stop, because then they'll think I'm "responding" to their offer. I DO NOT WISH TO RECIEVE any mail from this predatory group, and I don't know how they have my address. This is deception at its worst. I want it reported and I want them to cease and desist all communications. All mail needs to stop immediately coming to my home. This business is causing mental stress, family arguments and high anxiety. NO MORE MAIL FROM THIS GROUP. Thank you BBB! The document attached is tape together because it was following a misinterpretation of a family member. I need a STAT response from this company, to stop all mail today.

      Received mailing from Debt Collectors of America April 7, 2022.The notice is dangerously deceiving in making it seem as if a significant past debt is owed with credit card company names at the top of the letter, words and phrases such as ************************* "**Failure to Respond**, "interest accruing", and "penalties may accrue". It also states "it is important for you to contact our firm...within 10 days of this notice".ONLY at the bottom in fins print does it clarify what company this is as "Debt Collectors of America" and that it is not an offer from any creditor or lender. I have sent an email 4/8/2022 after finding their email from their website by googling their company; I have asked that they remove me from all contact lists they have me on. I am reporting this to BBB for informational purposes so you may initiate an investigation on their deceiving practices for the protection of others who may not understand this letter is a marketing ploy and not a legitimate notice on debt owed. Thank you.

      Valid Solutions has called us so many times I have lost count. They will call me twice back to back from different numbers and turn right around and call my husband back to back from two more different numbers. This happens 4 to 6 times a day. I called them back just today to ask them who they were and the lady on the phone said they would be offering a loan. As soon as I told her that I wanted both my Husband and I off the call list she hung up on me. I dont know where these people got our phone numbers from, but if this doesnt stop we will file against them!

      I started with this company and was told they would help with my deft to only find out they had not been paying. I was told if I was ever not happy I could cancel and get any and all money put into the account. As I have tried to cancel and they will not cancel my account not refund my $419.50. I have been yelled at by there people telling me its nothing they can do.

      I have gotten phone calls from Valid Solutions almost **** times in the last 6 months and they always transfer the call to debt advisors of America. However debt advisors of American tells me they never heard of valid solutions and deny that they have any affiliation with such company. ***************************** handled my call extremely poorly as did everyone else and hung up on me and told me they were transferring me or such and hung up and apparently blocked my phone number. These calls must stop otherwise I will file suit!

      After repeated requests these people continue to send mail and contact me with threats of settling a debt! Which I have nothing against me in my credit and pay all my bills. They have gotten hold of what I owe and are trying to get me to let them handle these accounts. The letters are threatening and intimidating. When I call them they give me the c*** that there are many that do this. This is the same ones over and over. Contact # ************- notice # C5C3-48133.

      Hello,

      We have responded to the client's concern and taken the requested action. Since receiving this complaint, we have removed the client's name from our mailing list and placed the customer on our Do Not Call list. This client will not receive any further communication from our company. We have also conducted an internal review of the communication on file. We were not able to find any previous requests from this client to be removed as this was the first piece of mail sent from our company. We have identified a training opportunity with the agent this client spoke with, which has been addressed internally. 

      A member of our management team reached out to the client to provide additional information and sent the following email:

      "I have received your complaint through the **************************** First and foremost, I'd like to take the time to assure you that you have successfully been removed from our mailing list and placed on our "Do Not Call" list. Your name and address have been removed from our system along with the marketing agency that sends the mail.  The process on our end is to mitigate you from receiving any further mail from us. Please note this does not place you on the National "Do Not Mail" register. Please let me know if you are able to speak live to address your concerns further."

      If there are any other updates, we will advise.
