On February 1st 2025 i was charged for a restock of supplies for the product, i waited two weeks the product never shipped, i canceled the subscription. Another 2 weeks pass, i reach out on March 1st to cancel the package. They ask me for replacements, i decline. They process the order and ship me products without my consent. As of today the order is marked delivered but was never recieved.Business Response

I ordered the auto brush on 11/30. After trying it I decided it did not work for me as it did not fit my mouth so I returned it. You received my return on 12/26/2024. Tracking number **********************. Express codeHR9R2TZU. I have yet to recieve a refund of ***** to my ****** for the return. I also am continuing to be charged $45 for the subscription for Jan 2025 and March 2025. So, at present I have not received refund for the auto brush and have been charged a total of ***** for a subscription I cannot use because I returned the item. That is a total of ****** ( 91.00autobrush ****** processing fee for items retuned + ***** for two subscription orders for a total of ****** I am now due. I cancelled online. I purchased a replacement brush head and mint flouride toothpaste on 2/18/25. The order never arrived, and was still in "pre-transit" status on 3/12/25. I had a similar problem when I first purchased the autobrush bundle, and had to reach out inquiring why my order had not shipped. They split the order in two as one item was backordered. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that because my order from 2/18/25 had the mint flouride toothpaste, it would ship sometime between today (3/12) and 3/17. There was no mention of the toothpaste being out of stock at the time of my purchase and at no point did I receive communication from autobrush informing me of that fact. They agreed to escalate my issue, but there was no indication of why there was a delay or as to why the website had not prompted accurate shipping times.I really love the product, but I want this on record so that future consumers understand the lag in shipping and how difficult it can be to receive their orders.Business Response

Our toothpaste was at the port over 1.5 months ago and was held up due to ongoing tariff assessments unfortunately as well as an importer record update that our manufacturer failed to make on their end. While I understand your frustration, we did not anticipate that this delay would affect consumers to the extent it did. We are planning to change our manufacturer to avoid future issues like this and all we can say is we sincerely apologize for the delay on our end.

I placed my order on March 2, 2025. I have not received my order, nor any tracking information on my order and today is March 12, 2025. I keep getting the run around about toothpaste being on backorder. I expressed I wanted my order canceled and received some BS response. I placed an order on 1/29/25 for an autobrush pro bundle and brush head case. I reached out on 2/12 to try and cancel my order as I had not received any information beyond order confirmation. They told me my order was too close to heading out of the warehouse to be cancelled. Now it is 3/10 and still nothing from the company. My order hasnt been fulfilled but they refuse to cancel it, claiming it is processed despite it being almost six weeks since the order was placed. This was not a pre-order item. Their website says they aim to ship all orders the same day or next day from when it is received, unless the item is pre-ordered, which the web page indicates on the item. The item on the website is currently NOT listed as needed to be pre-ordered just like when I placed the order.Business Response

I never subscribed to an automatic subscription. When it was time for the order to be processed, I contacted the company and told them I was not interested in using their service and asked for a refund. Even though the order was still in processing and had not yet shipped, they told me there was nothing that they could do and no refund could be issued. I would like a refund. I cannot use this product. It did not fit in my mouth using the small mouth piece and made my gums bleed.Business Response

I ordered the Autobrush on 2/19/2025. I received an order confirmation but nothing since. I contacted them today for tracking information & was told my order is in a "Pending State." They do not have the item to ship to me & don't know when it will be available for shipment. Said the could send me part of the order which I assume is the toothpaste.
