Had dental work completed by *************. Paid fee at time of service and signed contract on 10/27/2020 stating amount paid.June 2021 received two bills stating I needed to pay additional 800$ and then remitted and the bill was 600$ Tried to get in contact with dentist until Aug 2021 when I finally received a call back and stated he was going to inflate my charges because I was not thankful to him. Filed a grievance with my dental insurance. Found ************** waited a year until procedure was completed to submit to my dentist. 10/13/2021 - 11/10/2021 received threatening phone calls topay up by random person. In Nov 2021 finally identified himself as an employee and lawyer to ***********. Provided documentation of service and payment. His lawyer, *******, then agreed they had to drop it and said he would take this information back to ************** as he could not proceed due to this agreement.Deltas final ruling was they were unable to assist because he did not submit procedure documentation until 11/19/2021, so far after their deadline, the procedure was not valid 11/19/2021, 1 year and 1 month after my work was completed. ************** had up to 180 days after my procedure was completed to submit to Delta and never did. 01/04/2024 Received notification that ************** had sent me to collections for $944 and stated I never had dental coverage. Yet I had 4 appointments with him from 10/2020 to 5/2021 where my dental insurance was honored.
