    My grandson has the Dexcom 6 and the receiver worked for maybe 6 days. I called and spoke with a representative and was led to believe I was going to receive a new receiver but instead received a urine sample container, a replacement transmitter kit and a sensor kit along with a return kit. I am sending it all back and if I can figure out how would like to send the receiver back since it will not transmit the info and the only way to get any info is on our phones. I was just fine without it.

    Dexcom G6 receiver stopped working and I was told to bring back to the pharmacy. Pharmacy told me to contact Dexcom technical support. Went through 45 minutes of checking numbers and then I am told the receiver is out of warranty. Dexcom told me to contact my pharmacy again. My pharmacy told me to pound sand. If you say we date our stuff so we have a way to make you buy another one because our product was made in ****** and failed, that would be understandable. I would say they have no idea that they help people but stand behind their product 0% of the time.

    I recently got a new ******* s22 phone with android 13. This version of android13 has be out since 08/15/2022. Dexcom technology has not kept up with its updates for the G6 CGM. I now have a new phone the doesn't ********** am back to using the receiver. I just received approval for a insulin pump but now it's useless because my phone can't communicate with the G6.

    ****** get supplies wont ship sensors in less than a month. You will need to go back to finger sticking and injection. Very very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    If I could, I would give a zero ranking as I've never experienced such sub par technology that is error prone and faulty to a t. That said, the customer service with ********************** is by far the worst I've experienced and maybe even a step below **************** All you will ever get is a call center in the *********** whereby I have to elucidate everything I say. Try and contact the corporate headquarters and the automated system says its transferring the call to a receptionist and after twenty minutes and ************************** the latest instance of tying I was placed on extended hold. Undoubtedly this is frustrating, confounding, upsetting. How do these corporate imbeciles live with themselves, they do not give a F**k about patients/people and they're not ashamed to flaunt that disdain. I have an Endocrinologist appointment coming up in two weeks and I am going to jettison Dexcom in favor of anything else............... And if you look at the Dexcom responses to others on this thread you'll see the company gives artificial, generic responses thereby proving they do not care. If someone at Dexcom reads this all I'd like is a call

    No stars if I could. I took eight weeks to get the system in only to find Its only compatible with 10 year old devices... the meter they give you to use has a tiny screen making the graph unreadable.customer srevice doesnt have much to say other than "your device is not compatible...Insurance ordered it not me but no one contacte me in the eight week wait time to even ask if my S22 would work... not worth the hassle for sure, their not even working the incompatible issues.

Typically, this type of delay is a result of all the communication and approvals which must take place between your insurance and distributor. We apologize that you were not advised of the compatibility requirements prior to ordering the system. Due to the system being ****approved and the health and safety implications, we're required to run every smart device through a rigorous testing and approval process, which of course causes delays in compatibility approval.     I still can't get my S22+ to pair with Dexcom G6. I didn't chose this system my primary care physician did. He will be lectured on his responsibility as a primary care physician soon. I specifically said I'd try this system if insurance paid in full, NO CO-PAYS! I now am told I may owe a co-pay of over $1100 for a 90 day supply. What the h*** is going on with health car insurance America? Now my blood pressure is up. My sugar is up from Dexcom and *****'s lack of communication and c*** tech support. I'm so mad, it isn't even transferable into any form of human language. Dexcom's response is falling on def ears, I've tried all the c*** they suggested to fix their lack of providing a proper meter or pairing ability to new phones.Dexcom states the delays as "between the distributors and insurance" why do even repete customers complain about even slow or non existence refills? I'm now stuck with a noncompatable system and over $ ***** in co-pays... Dexcom wants to reach out now? What a joke I've been on the phone for hours between Dexcom and Aetna. Customers need to steer clear of both predatory companies.

    We ordered over patches for sensor. Were promised 10/12 - 10/14. Its 10/18 and still no over patches. Called customer service and they said another ***** days. Had we know service was so poor we would have stayed with Medtronics. Also, sensor looses signal easily with pump. Have to hold pump by sensor to get signal to pump.

    application of the sensor is so easy and painless! i used to have an insulin pump and the application of the site used to be so painful, so i was a bit nervous to try the dexcom. after having for about 2 weeks now, im so impressed but the designs and the app for the dexcom. my blood glucose control has also greatly improved! 100% recommend to anyone considering it his.

    Be very cautious of the Dexcom Clarity and Follow Applications if youre an iPhone user. Despite the companys marketing and messaging, these apps barely work with iPhones. Calls to custom service are met with the same advice of turning blue tooth on and off, re-downloading the app, and turning your phone on and off. When that doesnt work, they claim the application isnt updated with the new iOS. Getting your blood glucose readings on your phone, and share the results simply doesnt work consistently. I estimate an 80% fail rate.
