1 starI purchased sealed boxes from them for a period of two years from 2021 to 2023. I had bought at least 50 light fixtures and when we opened up the boxes, they were all missing parts or missing the entire item, or broken. I bought bathroom vanities in boxes that were to be brand new. Upon opening the boxes when we were to install them, we found them with broken tops the wooden bottom, broken drawers missing hardware missing standalone bathtubs I bought four of them. Three of them were chipped, broken, and unusable Brand new furniture I bought for bedrooms when we unboxed them missing legs, missing bolts and screws. Missing pieces missing the arm and of course the manufacturers refused to allow you to purchase those pieces because they know what happened to the ones that they got rid of. I spent over $100,000 on new products For my new home Loveseat.com was the biggest rip off Ive ever known in my life and Im an old lady. I picked up in *********. I picked up in ***********. I picked up. Their heads got inflated and they opened up ***** and thank God the people in ***** are stupid as we are in ********** because they went out of business! Horrible. I purchased a table from them, and was told I had to pick up the item by Nov. 14th. The item was located two hours away. I drove to the pick up location in ****** on Nov. 12th, only to find out the item wasnt there. I had to drive two hours back home. 4 hours total on a Sunday. I emailed loveseat bc there is no number to call. I went back and forth with ****** and he assured me I would be able to collect my table, but they werent sure where the table was. I asked for the table to be shipped to SA. The workers at the ****** location told me that I could possibly have my table ship to *********** since I drove all the way to ****** for no reason. After going back-and-forth, ****** sent me over a ****** document which I signed assuring me I could pick up my table at the *********** location. Only to find out the table was put back in auction and was sold underneath me. He stated the table was purchased November 20 when I actually purchased the table November 7. He made me sign a paper, assuring me I would receive my table after two weeks now hes letting me know theres nothing he can do and the table is sold and gone to someone else. I sold my original table and had no table to eat on on Thanksgiving due to this, their response is we are sorry we couldve handled it better, but there is nothing we can do. I paid for a table and I never received it and someone else is able to enjoy my table with no problems at all. Horrible customer service nobody is on the same page , I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have email thread, showing the promises and showing the contract or ****** document that I signed. They will not make this right. Ive been a loyal customer and this is beyond wrong.Loveseat Inc

1 star(WXBZU5) May 19th, 2023 Fraudulent, scamming, shadiest auction company I've ever participated with by far hands down! I googled to find a contact number to arrange pickup for items won, sadly to find that the only contact was by way of email.. this is when my concern jump 10X and it was valid. I sent an email, very convenient for shady businesses. explaining that I live 3-4 hours away and if I could pick up my items while in town to avoid returning or paying for the delivery charge to ******* ($350) but no reply. To make a long story short because there's no way to contact this company (No Phone Support) and spotty /delayed email responses if any you're left feeling helpless and scammed, very convenient??I end up having to hire a delivery company at $350 whereas if they had a respectful line of communication I could have possibly arranged to pick it up before my journey back home. On the day of pickup, my delivery company arrived and was told after waiting for 2hrs while they searched, that 4 of 9 live auctioned items weren't available "huh" and to have your client contact the given by email for answers, "huh". Also, 2 of the items listed as "Appears New" are heavily damaged. I've emailed them 2X since and haven't yet received a response. I've requested a full refund including the delivery cost and at their expense pick up the damaged pieces. Will see what happens but I won't hold my breath, I only wished I researched reviews beforehand. This business needs to stop operating! They lie about the items open for bidding. They will say appears new but in another section, they define appears new as Appears New means the item has an open box or no box, but the product appears to be in new condition. Note: Loveseat does not fully inspect each item and cannot guarantee perfect condition. This means that the item might be Damaged, Partial, or Used is that misleading or what!!! They sod, So they gave me a broken cabinet with missing parts and because of their small lettering they wont refund me my money.Loveseat Inc

1 starLoveseat stole money from my personal bank account with any notice for a transaction that had been paid months prior. They erroneously refunded a purchase to my credit card on file, then immediately tried to charge the card again. When it didn't work, they withdrew funds from my personal bank account (which I assume they kept on file without my knowledge). This caused several identity theft alarms to go off at my bank and my cc company. Loveseat was very rude and nonchalant about causing this problem. Then I went to pick up an order I had won and already paid for and it was incomplete and damaged. Their staff was not helpful at all. Never got a resolve and I will never EVER do business with them again. Try them at your own risk. I found it very troubling that they stole nearly $400 and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to remedy it besides telling me to contact my bank and cc company. Never should have been an issue at all - loveseat does not have their business in order. Fraud abounds.Review fromDA D

I bought 2 carpet cleaners both are horrible and not working with a horrible smell. This was not disclosed on the items description it said looks new. Also the vacuum I bought did not work very frustrating The information given was misleading and untrue. Very disappointing with the money i spent.Loveseat Inc

After winning items in the auction, I never received a receipt. I checked my credit card charge and it showed that it would be a recurring charge. I emailed the company (because you will not have anyone call personally) and kept getting the same response to my questions. I was planning to go and pick items up but decided to check the BBB instead. Thanks for the insights and for saving me a lot of agony. If there could be something lower than 1 star, I would select it.Loveseat Inc
