We toyed with the thought of trying Lowes or **********, but the business process and third party measuring was not to our satisfaction, so we decided to give our business to a tried and true company. **** Coles was an excellent resource and provided a very competitive quote in comparison to the other two company's. 5 starsColes really stands up to their great reputation. From the first encounter with their front desk sales team to their professional installation team, their attention to customer service and impressive responsiveness was very refreshing. Our family ended up choosing a wool carpet, which we have never had beforeand we really love it! Weve had so many compliments from friends, family, and even our contractor who was helping us with a bathroom remodel right before our new carpet was installed. I had a complicated semicircular staircase that I had refinished & then selected a carpet runner from Coles. The pattern was ornate and they let me select the direction & repeat instead of just plopping it down any which way. The pattern on one step in the middle was off by 1.5 inches and they redid it for me free of charge. The pattern and installation are now perfect. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be.Coles Fine Flooring

Everything went perfect from the product explanations in the showroom with ************** to the installation by ***** and his crew. I also appreciate the military discount extended to this retired Navy veteran. Also, Coles sent a quality assurance rep to check the progress during the middle of the install. I had them rework a rug that needed to be cut down to a smaller size. They had the correct measurements on the invoice that they provided me when I paid for the service. Unfortunately, they cut it the wrong size by almost 2 feet. No attention to detail. You cannot fix a rug once it has been cut. They should probably have a form to fill out instead of jotting down quick numbers on a notepad.Coles Fine Flooring

The customer service staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about assisting us to find the right type of laminate flooring suitable for our lifestyle and pets.
