DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do not care about you at all, dealt with them for 6 months, they will tell you if the mortgage company dont do what we want we will take them to court and fight it, transferred to a senior specialist and that phrase went out the window: we dont control anything we cant do this we cant do that, Yes they refinanced the loan and let me start over but went from a 3 percent interest to a 7, and now have an extra $500 added to my mortgage, and when he told me why this happens it was something that could have been found the first month of dealing with them but after having to dispute the terms and we could have parted ways 4 months ago, a ****** with this company, I could have done the same paperworks my self with the mortgage company, and when he told me I owed my first payment it was a week notice

My poor elderly parents are going through this right now. My father got sick and my mother is going through so much stress, Im worried about her health. Quality Loan Service Corp. are crooks. They filed a foreclosure against my parents home and appointed themselves as trustees under the deed. They claim to be working with the mortgage company but we were advised by our mortgage company that this is not true. Talk about evil in this world. Quality is contributing to the evil in this world!! Karma!!!Quality Loan Service Corporation

************** and even customer ********************** rep was rude. Need a full training course on customer **********************. It has no respect for the homeowner of the property. On top of that, lied about working for the mortgage company I own the loan on. Posted the foreclosure notice all over my front door and claimed it has the right to. What right! It doesnt own even a piece of my shingle. Notifying me of my pending foreclosure is one thing but violating my privacy is another matter. My foreclosure may be on public records but it doesnt give this company the right to post the notice all over my door!Quality Loan Service Corporation

My mortgage company still owed me $36,500 from a class action settlement, but quality loans is claiming the house is theirs even when I sent them documentation and so did the district attorneys office.Do business with BSI and sorry, you owe me until that settlement is paid.Quality Loan Service Corporation

Quality was appointed as Successor Trustee under the ****** Deed of Trust to advance a non-judicial foreclosure pursuant to the terms his Deed of Trust recorded April 25, 2019 due to a default associated with ******************** promissory note. Quality is not a financial institution and is not a party to any class action settlement involving *****************

1 starWell, it is real obvious that Quality Loan Service is willing to foreclose on properties at the behest of a loan servicer even though I have proven to the loan servicer and to QLS that the Deed of Trust they are foreclosing on is null and void, and thus they have no lawful or legal right to foreclose on the Deed. They are doing this just because they think they can get away with it.
