Donating the car was quite easy. I made contact with the organization. Representatives let me know when the vehicle would be picked up. I signed the car's title and the donation papers, and the car was on its way. I am glad that the donation will assist the children at *****************.

The whole experience went smoothly; the tow driver was courteous and knowledgeable. We followed up after a few weeks and the records were there; the car had been quickly sold for a fair price. We were very satisfied.************Charitable Adult Rides & Services

There could be an optional donate delivery to the trucking company which would save some expense in pick up to get the maximum value to the handler. My scooter was drivable and could have been dropped off to the shipping company even in a nearby city. I provided tie down straps to place and hold the bike on the truck as the truck was equipped to transport cars and not motorcycles.The pickup procedure was perfectly fine and quick even if the driver was not expecting to haul a scooter ( which sold for $1100).Charitable Adult Rides & Services

I hated giving up my PT Cruiser but "she" had given me good service. Just at the same time ********* sent an e-mail about their accepting car donations. I filled out the info on line, and within a Very short time I was contacted with all the information I needed and a date was set for pick up. The driver was in contact with me, and arrived at the exact time he said he would. We did the paperwork of signing the "pink slip" over. Here in California it is up to the owner to inform DMV, which I did. The whole process went very smooth. I also received a Thank You from *********.Charitable Adult Rides & Services

Ascencia started working with CARS to process donated vehicles last year. We have had great customer service. The overall way our agency can access our profile to track donations, utilize marketing materials, and export reports has been truly helpful. The response time to on the part of CARS staff whether forwarding an inquiry, or whether I need assistance to discuss marketing strategies is quick and immediate.
