      i bought a sectional couch from wyckes furniture on 6/8/2019 with a 5 year warranty for a total of $2053.86. i have a few big and some small issues that i need to have fix with my couch. i have tried to contact them by phone and its disconnected , by email with no response. I'm not sure what else to do it is still under the 5 year warranty that i paid extra for and i need it fixed or my money back in full. Can please help me. Thanks ***********************

      I placed an order on 5-28-2021 order number Order ID: ****** for Apollo by Acme ***** Dining Side Chair Set of 2. The cost was $129.99. I emailed them about why I havent received my order and they said they were short staffed and will ship it as soon as they can. I have since emailed the 2 more times with no response at all! I still would like to get the chairs but if that is not possible I would like a refund. Thank you for your help!

      Purchased a mattress in March of last year and NEVER received my order. Order number *****.Customer service is non existent and this place needs to be brought to justice for stealing peoples hard earned money. I unfortunately purchased with my debit card instead of my credit card and my bank wont refund my money! I now only use my credit card purchases because of this business. I just want my money back!!!! And for everyone else that’s had the same problem as me to get their money back. Shame on you.

      I placed an order online for a bench 10/18/2020. Order # ******. I never received the bench so I emailed them and their response on 10/26/2020 was: "We have reopened and are running short staffed. We are shipping all orders ASAP in the order received." After that I emailed twice and never received the order not an email.I went out of the country and my husband was hospitalized for covid. It was a hard year to deal with this problem. Please contact them to refund the $149.99 plus tax. I don't trust them saying the will send me the order. Thank you.

      Advertised free delivery for item, I showed proof of the advertise item that was misleading with free delivery only to be charged for it. this place has not return any of my emails. How is this business still allowed to be open?

      Wyckes Furniture at www.wyckes. com in California charged me for two patio chairs and I never received them. They emailed me and said they were shipped but I never got them and they won’t respond to my emails. They don’t have a phone number. My order number is ****** and I was charged $399.99 on July 8th 2021.
