- Water Feature Supply guarantees all fountains to be free from defects.Many of our water features are made from natural stones and other earthymaterial. Each stone whether it be marble, slate, or granite is cutfrom a larger slab and looks completely unique. If you are notcompletely satisfied with the look of your fountain when it arrivessimply send it back, and you will get a full refund when the item isreturned.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) The shipping must be paid bythe consumer and additionally insured for the full purchase price.
Returns due to damage/defect:
Iffor any reason your fountain arrives and is defective or otherwiseunacceptable in any way, please contact Water Feature Supplyimmediately. You must return the package in its original crate so pleasebe careful not to remove any of the pieces. Sometimes during thefreighting process unexpected accidents do occur so please return thedamage water fountain and we will send you a refund or issue you a new,perfect water wall.
