    Ive reached out to creative design and build to help me refresh my house !They did an awesome work painting the interior and exterior of my house and also install new lvp flooring !I cant give more credit to the owner *** who was professional and always knew how to solve any issue that came up during the project.Thank you creative you made my 40 yr old house look new!!

    Used Creative for 2 projects already. Kitchen, and bathroom. In both the work was done faster than anticipated and super clean. Both of these facts were the lost important ones for my wife and ******** was very competitive and they have a huge selection of tiles and closets to choose from. Will definitely use again.

    I wanted to get my kitchen remodel. I did receive a few estimate from a few companies, the project manager from creative design and build was the most professional one I went to the show room and they had a big variety of. Samples it was easy for me to have a vision of how my kitchen going to look. Im very excited. I did a job with this company. I will definitely recommend and definitely will head them again in the future

    When ***** the owner wrote about integrity and workmanship, I thought wow our values are aligned. NOT the case! WE want to be paid immediately for the damage caused to our property!!!We entered a contract the first week of July 2023 on what we were told was going to be a 6-10-week project to finish a kitchen, bath remodel, paint interior and touch up exterior paint project. Today is January 31, ****, and project is still not complete, and they owe us approx. $8,000.00 in damages which the *** acknowledged in Aug and said they would pay for but has yet to pay us so we can replace the doors and windows they damaged.A bedroom closet was measured for in July incorrectly, and remeasured three times still not correct or installed.One employee who showed up to paint was drunk on the job site and they had to terminate. Two of the project managers that worked on our job are no longer with the company. *** doesn't return calls, text, or emails for days / weeks.We also had items stolen, filed a police report and they refused to take responsibility.We have photos, text messages from the leadership team admitting our doors and windows were damaged by them and saying they would replace them since July 2023. I have also had police reports from our missing jewelry and video evidence of poor workmanship. I asked them daily if they would be happy if I shared on social media or YELP the quality of the work and they continuously said NO and that they would make it right. That has not been the case.When I posted my YELP review (1 Star) we received a call from someone saying they were the atty representing Creative Design and Build and they would *** me for libel. They said they would pay us for the damages only when the job was completed, nd we signed some papers AND I had to remove my review otherwise they would not keep their word and pay us what they have said they would since July.
