    Fantastic !!! Good attention to details, knowledgeable, good communication, quality work, fair prices, hard-working crew, skilled, on time, dealt with tough situations, saw problems and recommended solutions. We have 2 homes on one property so they had to deal with tenants and their dogs. We are very happy, don't hesitate to get a quote.Scope of the job:--Repair and remodel sewer flood damage in kitchen/hall/bedroom, rebuild lower cabinets using the original doors so they match upper cabinets, remove a wall, move electrical outlets, install new jams/doors, copy existing details so it looks like original, new counter, paint. Beautiful!--Replace 100'+ sewer main under trees, 50' brick patio, 3' thick stairs and landing at door, cleaned/repaired other sewer drains from the units. Thank you so much.--Replace 150'+ retaining wall and its fence. Looks good!--Remove and redo huge bricked yard adding underground drainage and moving fences and rebuilding RxR tie planters and moving plants. Looks remarkable.--Remove and reinstall new RxR ties to form a 2-car parking area and then fill with gravel. Looks sharp!--Correct improperly *************, install new fixtures and additional exterior spigots. Thank you.--Rebuild the redesigned wooden entrance gateway including patching and painting. Eyecatching results.--Rebuilt the cement steps and revised the landing to be a long walkway. Very Nice!--Create a dog run including stepping stones and gates. Works as it should.--Clean up and leave the homes and yards ready to live in. Perfect!We do not live close to this 2-home rental property. We had constant accurate communication and pictures from ******** via text and email. He stuck to his quote and adjusted reasonably as we added more work. When appointments were set with the tenants to work inside, he was on time and cleaned up such that we had no complaints. We will hire ********, Jasmine Quality Construction for all future ********* work. So glad we found him.
