    So they've had my return package for 2 weeks. I just got a email today saying they recieved it but haven't processed my refund yet. What businesses has a package for 2 weeks and the refund hasn't been processed. The website clearly says **** businessdays. That sounds like a SCAM

    BLANTANT FALSE ADVERTISING and AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ************************ an "GS Extended Slide Stop Lever for Glocks" Item # *****-H-BLK, which clearly shows images and has a description of what should be an extended slide stop. The slide stop they sent me is a OEM style non-extended slide stop identical to Item # ****-H. I notified them of the error and asked them to make it right. GS' response was for me to pay an additional $16 for a completely different Item # **** as well as pay for the return shipping of the incorrect item and pay another $7.50 due to the item being returned costing less than $100. I sent them web page links, screenshots of their own webpages and advertised pictures and description etc. only to be told I could return the item at my cost.

    A sincere thank you to Mr. ********************** and the entire team at the Glock store! My order arrived via Fed -Ex quickly, & it was complete. ***** was *********** for this order; he carefully explained what my best options would be to upgrade my 43 *************, in customer service, fully addressed the few remaining questions that I had and made sure that I'd be happy with the final result of my Glock customization. I am looking forward to bringing my ordered ************** to my local '***** in order to "pull everything together"Once again Thanks to the entire team at the Glock store for an A+ purchase experience!

    Order a Titanium Skeletonized Striker on Dec 24th. Once received it was defective. I emailed pictures requesting an *** on Jan 12th. After 2 follow up emails I received the *** on Jan 25th. I return the item back which was received on Feb 9th at Glock Store. Here we are March 1st and I'm having to send additional emails asking when will I see my refund. Sad to see this company going down hill.

    They have my $399 but I do not have the order. 10 days ago, will not answer the phone. How does this ** stay in business? If I ever get my money or order I will never, never use again, All of their reviews are the same. They SUX!!!!'nn

    Absolutely just bad customer service. I made an ********************** for 2 SIG 17rounds magazines that showed in stock. After I ordered they emailed me stating it was pending. I waited over 3 months, called twice, and finally asked for a refund. They did do the refund fast as I told them, if I didn't see anything in a week I would call the credit card company. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them... Such a shame as they put out great videos online.. Anyone would think they would be a reputable online store.. NOT THE ***** Go elsewhere...

    Ordered light/laser combo with holster on 1/3/23. Says ships 3-5 business after card approved and merchandise in stock. Charged my card within 2 business days and,according to website,merchandose was in stock. Called company on 1/11/23, after about 30 minutes on hold, I was told that hopefully I'd be receiving an email by that Friday, 1/13/23, with a tracking number. Well, Friday came and went and no email. Called again on 1/18/23, after 20 minutes on hold, was told that there were warehouse problems and they couldn't give me a concrete date as to when my merchandise would be shipped. I canceled my order. Like so many other people here,vi should've read the reviews before doing business with Lenny. Great videos, horrible company! BUYER BEWARE!

    Defective Items and ********************** I ************************ two of Glock 43 Magazine extensions from them with the plus 2 option. The first one would fit the additional two rounds, but they were very tight which made it challenging to put the magazine in the gun with the slide closed. The second one would only fit 1 additional round! **************** said I would have to pay shipping both ways (to return them to the store and have replacements sent to me) in order to exchange them. They still have not replied back about the shipping costs just to return the defective items. It is a shame since I own 5 Glocks and probably would have made several other purchases from them.

    Recently made a purchase for a light/laser and holster combo, thinking it was meant for IWB carry so I selected the right-hand option when it should have been left-handed. I raised this issue with customer support, who initially was understanding and wanted to accommodate. They had mentioned it happened all the time and that they'd send over a return label shortly. Four days later I followed up because I never received anything and it turns out this customer service rep's ********** was shooting down the issuance of a return label for anything incorrectly ordered. If it was broken, defective, or the wrong part, they'd do it 100%.I simply told the guy I totally understood but provided feedback that he probably should have had that policy confirmed before the initial response. Some customer service that was.

    I purchased two (2) GSX100 frames. The holes for the trigger pin and the locking block pin were NOT placed correctly. The metal frame rails are sharp and cut into the slide. The rear rails are also not square with the frame. The rear frame rails are also too high and do NOT allow the striker to contact the trigger bar sufficiently which allows for premature release of the striker, or with tolerance stacking can and does in some cases cause the striker to miss the crucifix on the trigger bar completely so the gun will not fire. Also, the fit of the magazine release is poor as the lower front portion of the release stands proud of part of the frame on the right side which creates a sharp edge and looks bad. The frames came with a note mentioning the user might have to file the locking block or frame with the "included" file which was not included. It turns out the holes were much too far off for the average user to fix and in my opinion, most gunsmiths would not be willing to modify the locking block or frame as much as is necessary for assembly. I realize "it was designed to be tight", but I doubt it was designed so the holes do not align with the locking block. Although I was eventually able to get the locking block installed with the locking block pin and the trigger pin, the interreference is too tight for the pins to be removed without a hammer the way Glock intended and stock Glocks can be. The funny thing is the holes actually fit too far loose without the locking block in the frame. My guess is the holes have been enlarged slightly oversize in order to accommodate the poor placement of the holes which do not align correctly with the block. I watched the product video prior to purchasing and heard words such as "we did a **** good job" and "it's a high end ********** to be disappointed in fitment issues I would not associate with the comments in the video.
