************* ***** is a scam artist big time. He should be in jail. When you ****** him a mugshot comes up out of Larmier County ********. Lots of people want this guy behind bars. Im grateful I did the research. When I asked to speak to his "lawyer" he said his lawyer doesnt talk to customers. Huge red flag. RUN. Do not give this man or company a dime of your money. I didnt give him a thing.

Scammers without a doubt. The whole saga has become laughable. Glad my attorney advised caution. BEWARE!

****** was upset that he didn't articulate his offer text to us. Now we are a scam because we didn't agree on terms.

This is a scam company and they will take your money and disappear! Do not do business with them. We were under contract to sell our home to them but three months later they made not motion to complete the purchase and threatened to take legal action if I canceled the contract. All this while marketing our property on their site and taking money from a potential renter. I am working with the customer of there's to get him money back now.

We were under contract to sell our home to this company. We signed and it took a bit to get their signed copy back. Then things seemed to be going smoothly. Didn't hear a lot of communication back and forth, but was told by title company they were communicating fine. Contract says we close 30 days from ratification of contract, which should have been May 12, 2023 and only thing that could delay the closing was if the title company ran into trouble. The title company was readHeard nothing from company until late that afternoon. Then told they need more time for an inspection, but that was not part of contract. Then wanted to extend contract three more weeks. We found this out four days after our supposed closing. Refused to answer phone calls, email, or text in the meantime. We ended up walking away from the contract so we could find a different buyer.

Hi ******* I'm sorry but the reason we asked for an extension on your cash offer was because our inspection was done yesterday. We have been in constant communication with you personally on this matter. I understand that you don't want to extend and that is totally your choice. We asked to push the closing date to June 5th.

This is a fake business, no one on the website exists, the address is bogus and not for the business. ***** is a deceitful person. This is a one person business with a paid answering service to divert all the calls to the same voicemail. You'll only deal with ***** and he will take advantage of you with a deceitful contract. Do not do business with this guy or company. It's a rip off.

***** we are very concerned with your comments. ******* and his family paid you a deposit and are set to move into your home on the 14th of May. I'm not sure how that constitutes us being a fake business? Any concerns you might have we would love to address immediately. We want your process to be a good one before you move to *******

******* paid your manipulative company 15k, 10k was supposed to come to me. You havent passed that 10k to me. Further the way we arrived at 10k is deceitful on your end, as well as several other aspects of the contract. Whats a valid mailing address for your company?

Dedicate effort into doing what you said you would instead of trying to clear your name by continuing to fabricate your cover story. Right now its theft by deception. Keep the money youre supposed to pass on and it should add some stronger charges. Its all fraud in the end. Whats your business address for corespondents? A valid one, not a made up on like on your made up website.
