    Horrible! Dont use! Buyer be ware! Definitely do your research, tried to get a good deal and ended up ruining our vacation thanks a lot!

    We are sorry that you feel this way. In reviewing this order, it looks like the tickets were purchased on 8/28 after business hours. We then received an email from the credit card holder (after business hours) requesting to cancel the order because they mistakenly chose the wrong tickets. When an Agent reviewed the order, they noticed it did not pass our fraud detection score so they told the credit card holder we could rebook the tickets but would need to undergo a text verification process before a rebooking could occur. The Agent also provided the aRes Travel contact number. Subsequently, the credit card holder contacted our verification line stating her daughter had purchased without authorization and requesting cancellation. The credit card holder was advised to follow the text verification process and pressed option #2 confirming the charge was not authorized. The order was then canceled and refunded. Please note, the credit card holder first name is different than the person who submitted this review. I am attaching the text verification but have removed the credit card holder's phone number for privacy reasons.

    Agreed with most of the reviews here, this is scam to get your personal details. They cancel your order due to fraud, yet don't share the details of what they considered fraud. I'm so dissappointed that this was something recomended by a person within the ********* community.My bad for not doing enough research, people stay away from this company they are a fraudulent business!

    Unfortunately, the guest transaction met several points against the company fraud patterns and we were unable to provide him with tickets. The order was voided in our system within an hour of purchase. aRes Travel reached out to this guest to try and straighten this out within the day of purchase but the guest had already purchased tickets elsewhere. The guest was very happy we tried to work with him and stated he would remove this negative review.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Same reason as other 1-star ratings. I placed an order for the theme park tickets and upon clicking to access my tickets in the confirmation email, it says that it was suspected to be a fraudulent transaction. I have high credit score and no problems with the credit card that was used. No alerts from my bank and no confirmation text from aRes. I feel like my personal info was stolen and my time wasted. Very disappointed. DON"T BUY on any of their websites!

Our records show you were sent a verification by text, and you responded allowing you to access your tickets within the hour of your purchase. Given this, we are hopeful you would consider removing this complaint with the one-star rating.

    SUPER unreliable company. I scheduled a Tour for *********** Studio, and with the confirmation email for the tickets it said It was reviewing my payment info and verifying it. And then the tickets would be sent. I was not contacted at all, and the next day I went in looking for the tickets and had received a cancellation email (on a Saturday) stating "The funds will be refunded by our company and should be posted back to your account within 5-7 business days. If you still require tickets, you will need to purchase them from the park directly." So basically, while on vacation, they locked up $255 of my travel money because they could not verify my account. However I have no idea how they tried to do that, as I didn't receive any contact whatsoever. I ended up getting tickets through ***** by FunExpress, who was TOTALLY reliable. I would recommend using them if you're needing discounted tickets.

    We tried to buy tickets for a theme park in Hollywood CA - The booking process was fine and we use our normal credit card. The charge went thru but we received an email stating that a fraud was detected and that our we would get a refund and no tickets. This sounds a very shady company lurking people with cheaper tickets for theme parks and not providing the required service.I wish I could have read the review on this site before as we do not seem to be the only ones experiencing the issue.This company should first question themselves and ask if they are a fraud before telling us that our transaction is fraudulent.The cherry on top of the cake... they are lecturing you over the phone or by email to go and buy the tickets from the park directly.Here is the email we have received:--------------------------------------------------Hello, Thank you for your recent booking through our service. At this time your order has been detected as potentially fraudulent by our ******************************* In order to safeguard both your credit card and our company from fraud we have cancelled this order and refunded the payment. The funds will be refunded by our company and should be posted back to your account within 5-7 business days. If you still require tickets, you will need to purchase them from the park directly.Regards,--------------------------------------------------

    Just bought 2 tickets to *************************** for $30 less than the website price. aRes made the process so easy. You choose how many tickets you want and the days that you are going and it calculates all the fees and total right there. Plus there is only a $2 fee per ticket. Once we completed the checkout they sent us an email in less than 30 seconds. Opened the email and the tickets were right there. Printed both of them and we are all good to go. Honestly thankful that I listened to the good reviews and went through with it. Thank you aRes travel :)

    I attempted to save a few dollars on theme park tickets using this travel reservation system. I was told I would get a text to confirm my billing information and then I could print my tickets. No text received. Then I receive an email stating my transaction will not go through because there is a fraud alert. What the heck? It is my debit card that I have all the account information for. My credit union has started to process the payment and has not sent me an alert. I am told via email to "buy my tickets from the theme park directly" while I wait 3 to 5 business days for my money to be credited back to my account. I called and was told they don't know why it would be flagged as fraud but they are "sorry for that'. Nothing they can do and no one to talk to. Terrible customer service and not worth the minimal savings.

    Its a spam to get your credit card and contact details.They will NEVER issue a ticket and will say their so called extra brainy **************** found something suspicious and your transaction was declined.Wasted much time with their agent on phone but they would never tell whats wrong with the credit card and why it was declined.Fraud company..Stay away.

    aRes Travel has been in business since **** providing hotels and tickets to the general public through arestravel.com. Due to experiencing a good amount of fraudulent transactions in recent years, we have recently implemented a new fraud system and have encountered situations where our fraud company will not process the order. It is an unfortunate experience to today's online purchasing stipulations and we are sorry you feel this way and apologize for the inconvenience.     DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENT: I tried to order tickets to a couple of ** theme parks with my ********** credit card (that has worked with all *** and other overseas booking agents), and they have taken my money, then indicated my order was suspected as fraudulent and not returned the money to my account! After receiving the order confirmation, with 'print tickets' it indicated the order needed verification, with the message 'Thank you for your purchase, please stand by as we process your order. Please refresh this page in a few moments.' They then processed my order (money taken from credit card) and I received an email stating 'Thank you for your recent booking through our service. At this time your order has been detected as potentially fraudulent by our ******************************* In order to safeguard both your credit card and our company from fraud we have cancelled this order and voided the payment. The funds will be released by our company and should be posted back to your account within 5-7 business days. If you still require tickets, you will need to purchase them from the park directly.' IF YOU VOID AN ORDER, DON'T TAKE THE PAYMENT!!! I am now out of pocket $550AUD, and still need to order tickets to the theme parks!!

    I was able to successfully purchase a discounted ticket for ********* last week. I had concerns about placing the order the night before we were planning on visiting the theme park, but I felt reassured after calling their number and chatting with customer service. I received the email with my printable ticket very soon after placing the order online that evening, and I had no issue getting it scanned at the gate the next day. Would buy from them again!
