On 7-9-2023 I ordered ear cleaning plugs from company. This was a Sunday and they are not at work for customer service so I just sent them an email telling of my problem. The problem is their online order application puts you into a loop without any way to get out except to quite the application. There is no summary of your order to review before saying ok to the order. There is no follow up email summarizing the order until late Monday a day later. In their summary they said they would contact me . They didnt. But they sure made sure they got their money.Business response

On March 19th 2023 I ordered 1 of their gadgets for cleaning ear wax out of your ears. I have never been contacted by this company at any time since I ordered this thing. They took $33.94 out of my credit card account on March ****** don't have any tracking number, order number or anything else as they have never contacted me since they took the money out of my account. I still, to this day have noy received what I ordered nor have they contacted me in any way concerning this matter.Business response

False. The charge was approved and went through. I paid for the product and never received it. Also, at no point did Klean Ears provide this as a reason. They are obviously making this up now to try to blame the customer and deflect blame from themselves.Business response

Ordered klean ear product Feb 20, 2022order #KE28758. When I was given total bill of ***** and realized free gift was **** I asked them to remove free gift which she credited back the ****.The balance of ***** was charged to my account. They called weeks later and were having problems with acquiring product and said I could cancel or opt to wait. I cancelled. I have yet to receive my *****. I have written customer service via e mail over 100 times, excuses such as it should be in your account in 10 days, it won't go through, we sent it, were following up, should have it in account in 10 days. The. customer service is awful. I told them to call my bank and check, no such refund has been made, yes the **** but not the *****. I No satisfaction, tired of all the excuses and 6 months is long enough.Business response

We do apologize if you have not received your refund yet but as Ive checked here on our end, I can confirm that a refund has been made successfully. Check your bank statement from the past six to eight months to see if the refund has been posted. Some banks will post refunds on the day that you placed the order (in your case, please check transactions from 02/20/2022 as it may be there). Moreover, you can ask your banking institution to look for the refund we processed. There are some banks that do not post it immediately unless you call them.

I ordered the product and it doesnt work I emailed them and asked for a refund and told them Ill send back the product and they said no and Ill receive my refund between **** days. Ive sent 20 emails since 4/21/22 and every time they apologized I said I will get it in **** again and again and again. I spent ***** for nothing and I want my money back now. Is this a legitimate business? Is this ok for a company to rip off people and get away with it and no one does anything about it? February 15th 2022 I ordered cleaners Product. March of 2022 Clean ears notified me they overlooked my order. They wanted to know if I wanted them to continue with the order or get a refund. I told them that I would like a refund of $63.83. This is the end of June and every time I email them they tell me my refund has been sent. They continue to lie to me and I have never received a refund. Please help me receive my $63.83. Thank youBusiness response

I have checked thoroughly with my bank and they went back all the way to February. They found where I made the purchase but there has never been a refundBusiness response

They have already stated that I made a purchase on February 15th of 2022. I should not have to present present any bank records because none of them show any refund from them from February fifteenths until present day. They know they have not sent me a refund. They are only skipping around on this. I have read where other people are going through similar similar situations with them. They owe me $63.88. I don't know why they don't want to refund my money and just get this over with
