    I purchased an earwax remover tool and additional grip tips. After receiving the product I discovered the tip were so flimsy that it would not go in my ear to do what I purchased them for. The product does not work. I contacted the company to get a refund and was told that I would get only $16.89 back. The product was $59.78. Then the representative suggested I keep the product because of the small refund amount.

    Watching ******* see ear cleaner on tvlivey its Klean ears & looked easy so i ordered 1 klean ears handle & 1 pk of probes & next thing they added a hearing aid at check out !!!! Ive repeatedly email no reply i keep mails & no reply iwant the 2 items i ordered no the hearing aid that I DID NOT ORDER !!!!!! & they need this product more than me & angry that im being forced to pay & except it only to spend $$ to return the 1 item i didn't order & this company refuses to reply & return $99.00 for hearing aid that i didn't order thank for your help as you have done many times before again thank you

    I received Best Breath Probiotic in the mail and did NOT request it . Also was charged $69.90 on my credit card. I would return it and request $69.90.I phoned this number ***********. And machine told me to EMail Support Kleanears.comand I dont know how to go further.I need help

    On 7-9-2023 I ordered ear cleaning plugs from company. This was a Sunday and they are not at work for customer service so I just sent them an email telling of my problem. The problem is their online order application puts you into a loop without any way to get out except to quite the application. There is no summary of your order to review before saying ok to the order. There is no follow up email summarizing the order until late Monday a day later. In their summary they said they would contact me . They didnt. But they sure made sure they got their money.

    On March 19th 2023 I ordered 1 of their gadgets for cleaning ear wax out of your ears. I have never been contacted by this company at any time since I ordered this thing. They took $33.94 out of my credit card account on March ****** don't have any tracking number, order number or anything else as they have never contacted me since they took the money out of my account. I still, to this day have noy received what I ordered nor have they contacted me in any way concerning this matter.

    False. The charge was approved and went through. I paid for the product and never received it. Also, at no point did Klean Ears provide this as a reason. They are obviously making this up now to try to blame the customer and deflect blame from themselves.

    Ordered klean ear product Feb 20, 2022order #KE28758. When I was given total bill of ***** and realized free gift was **** I asked them to remove free gift which she credited back the ****.The balance of ***** was charged to my account. They called weeks later and were having problems with acquiring product and said I could cancel or opt to wait. I cancelled. I have yet to receive my *****. I have written customer service via e mail over 100 times, excuses such as it should be in your account in 10 days, it won't go through, we sent it, were following up, should have it in account in 10 days. The. customer service is awful. I told them to call my bank and check, no such refund has been made, yes the **** but not the *****. I No satisfaction, tired of all the excuses and 6 months is long enough.

Check your bank statement from the past six to eight months to see if the refund has been posted. Some banks will post refunds on the day that you placed the order (in your case, please check transactions from 02/20/2022 as it may be there). Moreover, you can ask your banking institution to look for the refund we processed. There are some banks that do not post it immediately unless you call them.
