I have been working with the ICW Group since November of 2023. Everything was going pretty good with the first Case Manager. She called to give me updates on my case, she spoke with me when she needed to provide important information, she tried her best to help me navigate this Workers Comp process. She was not perfect, but she was very responsive and provided as much guidance as she could. I decided to get an attorney because I was having some difficulty navigating this process and not being sure I was doing what I needed and not understanding how this process works. I was then assigned a new Case Manager, Once that happened everything went down hill. I have not received one call from her. She continues to treat me as I am a non human. I reached out to her supervisor and also filed a complaint with the company. I am still assigned this Case Worker with no change in how she responds to me. I am filing an official complaint with the BBB because I would like some help in getting a new Case Worker assigned to my case. I am not sure how this individual treats others, but I treat everyone with the respect they deserve and I do not want to work with someone who has no respect for me. You cant tell me they have my best interest in mind. I have gone through enough since November because of a car accident I was involved in and would like to have someone who can work with me and shows me the respect I deserve. I didn't really want to bring race into this because that *** not be the issue, but I feel that is playing a part in the way she is responding to me.
