    ELITE DOCUMENTS ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS THEY TOLD ME AFTER TWO YEARS OF $300 MONTLY PAYMENT TO TAKE CARE OF MY DEBTS OF MY CREDITORS AND SINCE THE **** THAT I FINISHED THE TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN SUED 2 ****S, YES I SAID 2 ****S. ONE I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THE COLLECTION COMPANY AND PAY IT OFF. BUT NOW LET GET TO THE 2ND ONE I JUST RECEICED, THERE IS NO COLLECTIONS COMPANY JUST A SUBPOENAED TO SHOW UP TO COURT IN JUNE! I MEAN WTF!! NOW THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN AND CANNOT AND WILL NOT HELP ME OR REFUND MY MONEY THEY OWE ME FOR A JOB THEY WERE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING! I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT REALLY WHATS THE POINT. THAT COMPANY JUST USES AND ABUSES PEOPLE AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE. IF ANYONE KNOW OF THE ***** CONTACT INFORMATION PLEASE SHARE IT WITH ME. I HAVE NO PROBLEM GOING DIRECTLY TO THEIR HOME AND DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK!!!

    this ELITE DOCUMENTS ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS THEY TOLD ME AFTER TWO YEARS OF 300 $ MONTLY PAYMENT TO TAKE CARE OF MY DEBTS OF MY CREDITORS AND NOW THEY ARE SUED ME IN THE ***** ONE BY ONE AND THEY ONLY DISPUTE SOME CREDITS THAT HAS SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY WITHOUT PAID THEM ANY INSTALLMENT THAT I PAID FOR ,NOW I HAVE TO FILE BANKRUPTCY AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND THEY WISH ME LUCK BECAUSE TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN HELP WITH SETTLEMENT WITH THOSE CREDITOR THEY SUED ME WHICH I DONT KNOW WHERE IS MY INSTALLMENT MONEY FOR 2 YEARS WENT GO !!!!!!PLUS THEY DIDNT LET ME TO MAKE A SMALL PAYMENTS WITH THOSE CREDITORS TO FININSH THE PAYMENT AND THATS INCRESE MORE AMMOUNT BECAUSE OF LATE FEE CHARGESS EVERY MONTH ADDING UP! PLEASE DONT MAKE THEM FOOLING YOU TO SAVE MONEY AND THEY CARE OF THE CREDITORS WHICH IS BIG LIES AND SCAMERS!!!!!

    ************ Elite took my money monthly and ensured me that they would negotiate my balances and improve my credit. Well, they took my money, never paid nor negotiated my debt. Now they have closed their doors... and I am being sued. I think Elite needs to be sued. Also, they didn't earn a one star rating, but I had to give it to be able to post my comments. This company needs to be investigated.

    Today an email that they are permanently closing....immediately. For the next 90 days they will continue to process documents. After 90 days? What then.

    I put my financial situation in their hands I was in debt Bof A was suing me and I resolved that on my own I paid them monthly for their services I have been unlucky with multiple medical bills with three hip surgeries last year to date they have not assisted me with anything I have handled it all myself would not suggest this company to anyone they just sent a text that they are closing the doors live and learn

SCAM FOR SURE AND VERY DISHONEST -- WAS TRICKED INTO MOST SIMILAR REVIEW I READ, THEY SAID I WOULD NOT BE SUED BY CREDITORS AND NOW I AM BEING SUED BY TWO CREDITORS AND THAT THEY SAID THOSE CREDIT CARDS WERE NEVER PAID AT ALL. I HAVE CALLED NUMBEROUS OF TIME AND DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS, ALL CAME INTO AUTOMATIC MACHINE AND SAY " I AM UNAVAILABLE PLEASE LEAVE MESSAGE" I HAVE LEFT MESSAGE DIRECTLY TO ****** AND ****** WHO ARE ON (BULLSHIT TEAM) I AM REALLY UPSET BECAUSE THREE YEARS FROM 2019 TO 2024, I HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL AND PAY ON TIME AND NOW I AM BEING SUED FOR TWO CREDITS THAT WERE NEVER SETTLED!     This company is total bull crap! I paid them thousands and thousands of dollars to help settle my credit card debt. They took my money and ran. I was sued by three of my creditors and had to negotiate payments through an attorney. I could have taken all the money I paid them to do absolutely nothing and paid off my creditors over that two year period. I have multiple things on my credit report that say collections/charge off with a balance still there. Much to my surprise, I tried to contact them and ask about it, and they are out of business. They did not help me. They put me in a worse financial hardship. I have looked into it, and unfortunately, it appears that there is no way to get my money back.
