      In 2021 I opened a relationship to help me with my accts. Right after my final payment this they closed their business and have not been doing any of the things that I paid for, and I cannot access anything online. they up and closed on 30 apr.

      06/16/2021 I contacted Elite Document management to help me out with unpaid creditors debt what a lump sum payment. We have signed a contract for 30 months $537. So far I have paid over $14000 and the did not resolve and debt. And suddenly they have closed the company. I will like get ***** money back so I can pay all the balances off.

      I paid you guys for over 13 months back in 2021 and now all the credit cards are showing on my credit report as not paid!!!! I paid you guys to do a job and you did not do it!!!! I see now why yall closed because you scammed the Hout of ppl!!!

      I was recently single & had trouble with credit card debt. I sought help. I stumbled upon Elite DMS and after talking to them they said my debts will go from about ****** to about ***** if I chose them and promised my credit will go way back up to 750 at least. I agreed to a 24 month program and my payments were about $200/ month. They changed the personal handling my account twice, strange I thought, but whatever.. those payments were NOT easy. When I was late they told me to pay or Id lose all progress. I finally completed 24 months and felt relief. Thought Id sit back and watch credit karma raise my number. 1 month, 2 month, 3 months later, no change. I contacted them, they said theyd take a look.. my credit score never went up, my payments were done so their business with me simply ended. Now I get email telling me they are closing down.. I just dont understand what they were doing with my money. I learned here all the other reviews saying similar situations happened to them.. How can a business get away with what I can only refer to as blatantly stealing from vulnerable people who want to better their life? If their closing, should I not get some of my funds back?! They were paid to do a job and failed to deliver and now shutting down How can this be in this day and age? I find myself now still paying the debt I had in very first place. Just finished paying off one of the creditors for my chase account. Somethings gotta give here, right?

      They were helping me with my credit and debt for past 3-4 years. Once I made my last payment they sent an email stating they were closing permanently due to the economy. I can no longer access any of the documents submitted and they did not finish helping me with the accounts currently being disputed. They have not responded to my emails for an explanation or some guidance on how to move forward with the accounts left being disputed. I would like them to contact me so that I can review accounts and provide the guidance I have paid for... also, I no longer see them on my credit report which seems odd to me.

      In April 2022 I signed a contract agreement with Elite DMS. I was told my payments would be put into an account/bank that would help pay for them to settle my debts with the creditors at a much lower amount, negotiating late fees, and interest accrued. I was also told that when the debts were negotiated and paid from the account if there was any money left in my account it would be given back to me. I was also told that I had an attorney that would advocate for me if I was being sold information to debt collectors incorrectly or if I was being harassed after letters went out. Well, *************** would not call back after sending me emails asking for clarification about them wanted to file a claim on my behalf which came through an email with no explanation. It was an email saying sign this FDCPA retainer agreement which was emailed to my email on 4 separate occasions. When I finally got a response, it was a text message from ***************** not *************** who was on all my initial paperwork I said this seems like a scam and never received a response after that. After my 24 months of payments which ended March 15, 2024, and month after month of questioning what the company was actually doing on my behalf because I did not see any results, I have paid $6,644.52. I had 4 separate managers none of which kept appointment calls and when I called and left voicemails I rarely got calls back. I voiced my concerns that nothing was getting settled and the program was not what I signed or agreed to, and I was promised they would work for me even up to a year after I am done paying my agreement terms. Then weeks before my last payment the website stopped working, I called and got no answer and no call back and now they are a ghost town. I WANT MY MONEY BACK so I can fight my own debts since this company was not able to as, so I dont get sued. I only tried this company as a last resort due to Covid and a moving situation turned bad.

      I signed up with Elite DM credit solutions to have my credit card bills paid off. I started the program September 2021 until April 2024 however I received an email on Monday, April 15, 2024 stay in that the company Elite DM credit solutions is closed down. I have already made payments in the amount of $491 every month April 25, 2024 was supposed to be my last payment, I tried to contact Elite DM and my representative by phone and email and no one is returning my calls or emails. I need to find out whats happening with my money that I paid them and are going to continue to repair my credit. I would like to know if the company was transferred and how can I get in touch with someone else? Please reach out to me by my email or phone thank you in advance.

      I have been paying 350$ a month for this company to take care of my credit card debt with a debt consolidation loan. I was told they would work out deals with the credit card companies only to have them collect my money for over three years and not resolve anything. My credit is horrible now and getting sued by credit card companies. Today I got an email saying they are closing down the business with not explanation or where is all my money they have been collecting.

      The phone number listed as well as the contact information I have for the associate I was working with are no longer in service. In addition, the website elitemgtsol.com is no longer a working address. Need to know how to get in contact to submit claims.

      Made a contract with Elite DMS in September 2021 in which this company said they would help rebuild my credit and help negotiate with Capitol One to settle my debt of $16k to half or less. Every month, I would be contacted by my account manager to check in and provide finance tips as I rebuilt my credit. There was one woman, ******* who was amazing and followed through with this, but she disappeared about a year ago.The original contract said that once I got to $7099.11, my payments would be done. I have now paid $8883.00 and have had no account managers contact me for monthly appointments since September 2023. One person, **** has called a couple of times over the last 9 months, but he says the same thing and wont answer my question about my contract. He said a manager would contact me. This has never happened.I have called Elite DMSs main phone number, and it only goes to a voicemail of someone named *******************. He has never returned my calls. I believe he is the original person who worked with me and signed the contract. If I try to reach out to the phone numbers of the other listed account managers, those phone numbers ring a couple of times, then hang up on me.This company is continuing to automatically pull $273.88 from my bank account the 1st of every month and they will not provide a way to stop this. I have just asked to close my account and get my money back, as they did not hold up to their part in the contract. That is all and I will walk away quietly from this business. But, there is zero communication and Im worried this business has turned into a fraudulent entity. If this is not resolved, I have left messages and emails saying I will take this to a court if needed.
