      I paid Elite $662/month for 12 months and made every payment. During the year that I was making payments they settled one account as far as Im aware. The other accounts listed in the contract have all filed summons. When trying to call as they promised continued help until all accounts were resolved the phone rings continually. I paid over $7,500 to have them resolve 1 debt under 1k. I need help with remaining accounts and fulfilled my side of the contract. Really overwhelmed and dont know what to do.

      This company contacted me to help me with credit card debt. They asked for a list and amount owed to each card, They told me that I would pay them $444.73 a month for 24 months and I should stop paying all these, they would then argue these debts and prove them not valid and they would be removed. If i was contacted by any I was to read them a script. If any legal action was taken by any companies their attorneys at Price Law firm would fight that for me. When i got bills from the companies or collection letters I had to send them pics of it or upload them in my portal. So for 2 years our credit dropped huge. Now after 2 years I now have a judgement against me and their attorney did nothing to help me and only wanted to speak to me via text. They had me get things noterized and sent back, yet when I look at Iowa courts it says I never responded a answer so the judgement is against me, so now after paying this company over $10000, i now owe a judgement for $150. a month plus 7% interest. everything is still on my credit and shows horrible . they did nothing bu take over $10k. what can i do? I get no follow up from them now that there is a legal issue. I can send any info you need me to.

      I had just accepted a new job that came with a drastic pay cut and then had a child, so inherently my costs increased drastically and I found myself quickly in credit card debt. Frustrated, I signed on with elite DMS to help resolve my debt only to be sued by 2 credit card companies after paying Elite over $4,000 over a year and a half. I was told to stop paying all my cards and that they would take care of everything. My credit plummeted and has yet to come back up because charged off accounts and constant collections notices. Now Elite wont even answer my calls or emails or txt. This is such a scam and I regret it so much

      We've tried calling this client a few times, and we seem to be playing phone tag. We have called twice on 1/29, then we missed his call from 2/03. We tried calling again today, 2/5, and we missed him. Please let us know what day and time would be best to try an reach the client. Thank You!

      For 2 years and $7,000.00 I allowed this company to take care of my past due accounts. Now that I have paid them my dues I have the bill collectors on my back for payment. 2 accounts that wanted me in court and now another account 3 years old. I am 70 years old on a fixed income. I can't get anyone from Elite DMS to talk to. I want a refund for the money I paid to have these accounts taken care of. It's like all the numbers I have are no longer active. The website is not accessable.

      For one, I am a female not male. But I wanted to cancel due to me paying 250$ monthly payments for the past two years and it going towards none of my debt when I was under the impression that it would. Why would I agree to pay $6000 dollars thus far for my credit score to plummet, and to have delinquent payments and now charge offs on my accounts. To the point of having 2 credit cards due me. Where did that 6k go?  Everytime I discussed my concerns they somehow we asked their way into talking me in to staying with their company and told me to have patience. Worst mistake ever

      It&#**;s a scam where H3131343631**33323632H promising me that my credit score would be improved which I ended up being sued 3 times by different companies. I ended up paying $2,700.00 and I thought that H3131343631**33323632H was helping me with this. It was garnished from my paycheck. My credit score went downhill. It is basically a scam. I would like a refund.

      I signed a contract with Elite in May or July of 2021. Similar to others, I was told they would provide me a loan and use my payments to that loan to help to settle my debt at lower amounts negotiating late fees and interest accrued. After 24 months, I have paid $9,888. I signed a contract with Elite in May or June of 2021. I was told that all the money that I was paying was being put into an account, that they would later use to try to settle my debt at lower amounts negotiating late fees and interest accrued. I spoke with **** my account manager and explained my concerns because ***** had not been settled after 2 years. My account manager said, ***** rarely settles debts. I spoke to her about using the funds to pay ***** and she said that was their service fee. She said they watch my account monthly but do not make any payments, and said we are only paying for their services not to resolve our debt. I explained that in the beginning, she told me that my money was going into an account to be used to settle, but she denied this in our last conversation. They said that all calls are recorded, for quality service and training purposes, so I am asking you to please hear my initial phone call conversations because I wrote down what she told me and I know I am being lied to. I just want my money back so that I can use that money to pay off ***** so I do not end up getting sued. I regret ever listening to this company and its false strategies to lure people into their program under false pretenses. After reading all of their reviews, it looks like this is the most common issue this company has. I would like a full refund of $9,888 which is what I have paid into this fake program to date. I basically paid them $10,000 for them to tell me not to pay my debt and ruin my credit. Honestly, I would be happy with half of that because I feel so stupid to be conned into this fraud.

      The solution that was offered was that they will continue to assist me.

      They reported that they'll let their superiors know that I did not read my contract thoroughly. Although the contract claims they provide ********************* Services and this article on Yahoo Finance claims, "a good company will negotiate with your lenders and debt collectors and establish manageable repayment plans that will fit into your current financial situation." Apparently, they are not a good company. They are misleading and unethical. 

      They also claimed I could have canceled my services, but not *********** a refund unless a 3rd party is able to fully verify and validate one of my enrolled accounts, and only *********** a prorated refund. What does that even mean?! What 3rd party is going to fully verify and validate my enrolled accounts. 

      Lastly, they stated I'm not *********** a refund because I negotiated my debt settlement myself. It seems Elite should be paying me back for negotiating the settlement myself. I still feel *********** a partial refund because they were not able to successful provide ********************* Services in the 2 years. In fact, quite the opposite happened. I got into more debt. I feel there should be a clause stating that if they cannot successfully negotiate a settlement of some sorts with a creditor, the client should be provided a refund.

      I was convinced by the account manager that I would be protected by a federal law and this program was better then filing bankruptcy if I signed an agreement to allow Elite DMS to handle these creditors my wife had just passed away of 25 years and I agreed to do it They told me to stop paying on these accounts I would pay Elite DMS over a 2 year period of $593.93 every month starting May 3, 2021. I made those payments faithfully I made my final payment in April of 2023. I was told at the end of the 2 year period all of my financial debts/creditors would be resolved and that if I did hear from any creditors after that time just to call and they would take care of any problems that might arise. I received a court summons/citations; I was freaking out I was being sued I've never been sued so I contacted Elite DMS immediately. They said if I went on the client portal and signed the document to discharge the account from **********************, I would receive a refund I received about $900 but now I still have to pay this debt of over ***** that they told me in the beginning to stop paying on ************ received from me $14,254.32 over the 2 years and did nothing this company is a sham that takes people hard earn money. I don't have the money to get a lawyer all I can do now is pray and trust God that he will make a way if only I would have knew what I know now I would never have agreed to this company Elite DMS ************ has all of the supporting document

We also double checked the amount and do not see any charges to any client for $226 on 5/21/2023. Please provide additional information, possibly a ***client, or anything else we can review in our system. It is also possible that we are not the company that charged him. We would also ask that this complaint is removed since it does not seem to pertain to our company. Thank you.

      I was a client for elite dms since 2020. I paid monthly payments of $300 and was supposed to have my debt taken care of. Throughout the years nothing got done, just monthly phone calls from elite dms and credit score dropping and debt growing from interest charges. I finally had to file bankruptcy. After going over my finances and payments, my bankruptcy lawyer saw that Elite DMS was collecting money illegally since I am based in ****** and they are based in ********** according yo ****** law.

      We are surprised to receive this complaint as the client canceled out of our program over a year ago and we have not received any contact since. When she left the program it was to pursue BK in hopes of this avoiding losing a security clearance at work. Throughout her time in our program we provided the services as detailed in the contract and there did not seem to be any concerns from the client, even upon cancellation. We were working with her on budgeting to ensure she would get out of debt, plus her credit score had increased over 50pts. All of our services fall within state and federal laws so the final claim is incorrect.

      According to ****** Law, it is illegal for your business to collect based on ****** Revused Statutes Chapter 443B. 

      Myself canceling for whatever reason is irrelevant.

      CContracts, dates, etc is all irrelevant as initial actions from Elite DMS is illegal in ******.

      I have been advised by my attorney to get my money back. If Elite DMS refuses to return my money then I will handle this through the courts with my attorney as he has all the information ***** account from ********************** and required company information.
