1 starHello to all,If you're looking for an online service company to do your "Last ****************** I would avoid this company as customer service was nonexistent and completely ignorant. They just want your money. Let me start from the beginning. First, they don't want to get your information on why you're looking to get a will! Second, you're looking for details for guidance, and they direct you to a place you don't want to go. Third, they're looking for your CC without getting 90% of your questions or concerns answered. 1 starI thought they were great too. BUT finding out later by my notary that they didnt include my home in the trust is pathetic. I started this process by telling them all I needed was to update the property address and they said I needed a whole new trust to do that. $500 later we have a trust that doesnt include the property! Which was the only reason we signed up for this. All these 5 star reviews probably havent come across errors in their trust. People get it done and file it away not knowing serious errors have occurred. Ive written to them but no response yet. Probably wont hear from them. BEWARE!Review fromChristine M

I can not believe this company does not have a live person you can speak to regarding your estate planning. They want you to spend money and invest in their ***** but can not even take the time to speak to you. Very bad company and I would give them a 0 zero stars rating.

Trust & Will represent themselves as legal advisers but not lawyers. I filled out their forms, paid &640+. Their site says you can docs shipped, but then due to security, they cant send them. I want my docs shipped or they can refund my money and delete my account. Ive tried all the info I put in but cant get to my acct. I cant get a person on the phone, and emails just dont help much.Trust & Will

Trust and ***** presents their system as being professional and well established, but I found that it had quite a few bugs, and the support was difficult to get and not helpful in resolving them. I tried to leave a charitable contribution to an organization, however their system kept changing it from 20% to 1%, and despite talking with 4 different support people and spending hours with the system and with them- they were not able to resolve it. I had to leave multiple voicemails (to date) to get in touch with a human and their robotic support was useless for this issue. Even their voicemail was funky- saying to Press 2 to leave a message- however the "2" was not accepted until you listened to the entire message twice. When I finally got a call back, either no voicemail was left or a huge repeating voicemail file was left- too big to copy/paste back to them so they could see it. I had to stay off the phone to try to be able to pick up a return call to avoid repeating the leave a message, wait cycle. Hoping their Trust is all in order legally, but am concerned because of the amount of trouble I'm having with their system that there are other bugs with their product.Trust & Will
