    I accidentally placed an order when my phone dropped before I made changes. They charged me $20 to cancel the order even though I did that immediately. I wanted to cancel that order and place a new order but they still charged me a processing fee. I did not place the new order as a result. I will take my business elsewhere.

    Please be careful if you choose to order from this company. I placed a order and didnt receive my two items.They said it was delivered . I contacted **** they did an investigation into the matter, and said the tracking number was not labeled to me or any address. So buyers be warned. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING for this website. It would be a waste of your time and money.

    Shipping took awhile longer than I would like, but I did send an email and asked if they actually had the product I was looking for and they did respond and tell me it was going to ship by end of day as well. So they have communication. There was no leaking of the product which is what I read from some, so was happy to see I didn't encounter that issue. The box was banged up allot and there was no sticker on it that stated fragile. So -1 star for that.

    Have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past few months. Now a package gets lost (which I paid the insurance for), and they now don't respond to emails nor answer the phone since I've asked for a refund or a reship. Have had to file a dispute with my credit card instead.Needless to say, will no longer be doing business with them.

    Shipping is terrible allowing broken bottles to leak inside the box.
