I have been a customer of **********************. for three years. Initially, the monthly fee was $89.00, then it increased to $99.00 the following year. Now, they are raising the price by over 66%, bringing it to $159.95 per month. Despite my attempts to discuss this increase, they have informed me that there are no added benefits and have refused to negotiate.The significant price hike is beyond what I can afford. I signed up for this service in August 2024, but I decided to cancel my subscription shortly after. On September 5th, I sent an email to initiate the cancellation process, as instructed. I was then directed to call a specific phone number, which I did, spending 14 minutes on the line to confirm my cancellation. Despite this, I continue to see charges on my credit card. When I disputed the charges, Agent Elite claimed that I had never canceled my subscription. I have made numerous attempts to reach customer service, but my calls often go unanswered. Finally, last week, I managed to speak with a representative named ****, who assured me that she would investigate the issue and return my call. However, it has now been a week without any follow-up. All I want is a resolution and a refund for the unauthorized charges. I have attached copies of my email correspondence and call records to support my claim.Business Response

My contract with Agent Elite was up. The service they provided was awful. My website had very untasteful content. I called about it and asked to cancel the next month when my contract was up. They said someone would call me back. I did not get a call. In the meantime, the website was taken down. Agent Elite continued to bill me. I have called to cancel 3 times. I believe they should refund the money they charged me for nothing. They are supposed to be helping with the website and it no longer existed. They won't cancel through email, you must call and speak to someone. The runaround is that someone will call you back. I feel like Agent Elite gives web companies a bad name.Business Response

To ensure this was clear, ****, one of our team members, followed up the next day and noted your request for us to contact *******, who manages your account. **** left a voicemail for ******* and followed up with an email, expressing his commitment to assist, but we unfortunately didnt receive a response back from her or yourself until October.
Supporting You Through the Final Steps: When you contacted us in October about your account, ***** explained the previous attempts to assist and walked you through the cancellation process to ensure it was finally resolved by the end of the billing period. We completely understand how important this is to you, and our intent was to make sure you had the support needed at each step.
Website and Billing During the Contract Term: Throughout your time with us, we aimed to support your websites needs, including making updates in February based on your requests. Because the account was active until the formal cancellation was received in October, billing continued according to the contract terms. In February I contacted Agent Elite and told them I would no longer need the website service. There is no way to prove that you cancel, because they do a doublespeak where you only cancel verbally. Somehow they do not remember the phone call and your credit card is billed forever more each month. Forest H. from Agent Elite who contacted me told me that I was with Agent Elite before. - What forest told me was not true.He told me a name of an agent in my area that was successfull and showed me her webpages. I could not verify this during the call. When I looked after the call I saw what this realtor had not sold anything and and had no current listings. - What Forest H. told me was not true.Forest H. also pressured me to sign two documents, which is duress.I canceled in writing within 12 hours and also tried to call Agent Elite many time without success.Agent Elite did not respond when I called many times before and after that. Of course that looks like intentional.Agent Elite presents they build a website for me within the 12 hours before I canceled and that I agreed to a non-refundable set-up fee when filling out the form. I could not see the entire form online only after Agent Elite send it back to me in an email.This form also states "This submission constitutes your binding acceptance of Agent Elite's terms and conditions (********************************************************)." I could not on my own pace look at these terms and conditions before signing. Agent Elite has fraudulently presented wrong information to me and set me up for their services. put me up for to lure me into a transaction.I told them that any purchase in ********** is protected by the 72 hour rule for cancellation.They told me that was not true in **********. Agent Elite did not disclose to me that they are located in ********** and is not registered with the Secretary of State (SOS) of NM. The consumer protection rights are federal law and they apply to all states. Rescission is available to a party when there has been a misrepresentation of a material fact, and the misrepresentation was made to be relied on, and has been relied on. Our representative shared publicly available information about a client using our services in a specific area to illustrate the potential benefits. The performance and current listings of real estate agents can fluctuate, and our intention was to provide a general example. Additionally, referencing clients using our service does not guarantee closings, as we do not control a clients ability to close deals, their sales skills, or follow-up practices.
Agent Elite maintains a strict policy against pressuring clients, even requiring clients to input their own payment information and agreement to terms. Our representatives are trained to ensure clients understand the terms and conditions before proceeding. Clients do not sign any contracts; instead, they click to agree to the terms and personally submit their credit card information to complete the payment. The form filled out clearly stated: "By submitting this form, you hereby authorize Agent Elite, **** to initiate charges to your designated payment method for provided services, acknowledging expressly that the setup fee is non-refundable. You affirm that your personal information shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties. Further, you grant ******** consent for Agent Elite to contact you via text, call, or email, notwithstanding your potential inclusion on any Federal 'Do-not-call' List. This submission constitutes your binding acceptance of Agent Elite's terms and conditions (********************************************************)."
Our records show that their IP address in ********** was used to complete the purchase, and the terms and conditions were agreed to online. Which specify a non-refundable setup fee as the network was partitioned and site build was immediately started. Upon receiving the cancel request, the account was set to not renew on their billing date. We have attempted multiple times to work with the client to find a resolution but have not been successful.

Beware of Scammers: My Terrible Experience with Agent Elite I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disgust with the appalling service I have received from your company. From the outset of our engagement, it became evident that Agent Elite operates on a foundation of deceit and dishonesty.To begin with, your sales team approached me under false pretenses, falsely claiming affiliation with Home Snap and misleading me into believing that my current website services were ceasing. I signed up for them to improve the *** on my website. Once in the contract it became apparent that they only provide tutorials for me to do it myself while charging me monthly. I cancelled the "service" after the 6 months, via email and on the phone with someone named ******************* on January 30, 2024. She confirmed that February would be the last payment taken out. They took ****** dollars out of my account on March 7, 2024. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have been ignored, which, incidentally was a large part of the reason i cancelled as well. These guys built my web page, once a month I was supposed to have a call from them in December they did not contact me. I was having problems with my parents 91& 95 going in and out of hospital, so I didn't have time to reach out. I am a realtor to and my life is very busy. In the past when we have missed a the have reached out. Nothing I realize in July that my Domain name was taken and I had no website. The only way to contact them was through my email. I finally found a number and called from my home phone, no luck, then I found another number and got a hold of someone that assured me that someone would make contact with me. well it took me again making several calls after a few weeks. Finally I was told that I had only made contact with them on August 3rd and it was a 30 day cancelation so nothing for July, August and they were going to charge me for September too. I had NO website since July, what they had promised me they did not do. I feel I should have a refund for those months because I had no service from them, and they never tried to reach out to me for 8 months and that was part of our agreement. When I was being signed up 3 + years ago the guy told me my domain name was mine forever, well apparently not and then someone was trying to hold it ransomed for ******* If you look on there website there are no direct numbers to contact them, not a email address too. I signed a contract with them over 3 years ago and I'm a senior and sadly things are starting to get a bit harder for me. The person that I was dealing with is Phenicia CSS ****************** and Ext:158 but the number that you call does not give you an option to reach there ext. I signed a 6month contract with Agent Elite for a website and broker **** It took over a month to get the website up and running and whatever AE did with my host company, they knocked out all emails to my company and my agents for nearly another 3 weeks. I was told the problem was with my host company and not whatever AE did. I finally called my host company, had AE blocked and had my system refreshed to the original data. Suddenly my emails were working again. Their tech wanted access to my host again, so I gave them limited access again and they still couldn't get it working. I had to go into my host system myself (and I'm no tech person) to get it working. To date, I still have no *** for any of my agents or myself to access, and after nearly 3 months, my database still has not been uploaded to the **** This company has taken almost 3 months of my business away from me and the only response I get, is that they are working on it. Just like they were working on resolving my email issue until it was resolved by ME. I have asked for my money back, nothing. I have emailed the president, nothing. This is a scam company and I don't recommend ANYONE to waste their money on it. In this day and age I am reduced to pen and paper again because they don't have a working *** and promise what they can't deliver. In my opinion it is smoke and mirrors. They are still charging me monthly for a product that is unusable. I don't care about the website, that doesn't generate business for me. I do care about the *** which was communicated to AE as my highest priority, and I still don't have one to use. I have wasted so much time daily trying to get this resolved and it takes me away from actually working on my business.
