    I was contacted by ************************* an employee of Exclusive Marketing Agency ***** around April 10th 2023. He was soliciting my business claiming to be a head hunter for Exclusive Marketing Agency ***** and stated that *** could find LO's for *** company. The cost was $10k per employee but if I agreed to 3 they would only charge $25k. I was a little hesitant to pay the $25k not knowing what the outcome would be so I agree that if they found me 1 good employee I would contract them for 2 more. On April 18th 2023 I signed a contract with them and sent the $10k deposit. The contract states that "IF *** IS UNABLE TO FILL YOUR POSITION WITHIN 120 DAYS, WITHIN REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS AND PER TERMS OF SERVICE, AND CLIENT DOES NOT WANT TO CONTINUE, *** IS TO REFUND CLIENT WITHIN 5 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS, A FULL REFUND". During the 120 days *** never sent me 1 employee to interview. After the 120 days were up I requested my full refund. I have called and emailed ********************* who is the owner of the company and to date he will no return my phone call and has not refunded my money. The company for top to bottom is a scam. I am still waiting on my $10k to be sent back.

    This company stole $14,000 from our business account. I agreed to spend $1400 for a month's marketing services. They took $14,000 from the account and will not return the funds. They did not provide any services to our company. The owner says to *** him. Terrible People. No one should spend anything with them. Caveat Emptor!

    I signed up for mortgage leads.They have pulled over 30k from my checking account(ACH)so far--delivered only about 10k worth of leads so far (which have sucked). The leads are poor quality and they could not do simple things with my CRM vendor to get the leads to us and marketed to properly-they didn't seem to care about our results at all-this is against all of their marketing promises.It is shady business to want to do ACH vs Credit Card-I should have known at that point. I want my money refunded as these "leads" are not what was promised. $30,800 Thank you

    Our office engaged in *** recruiting services on 7/21/2022 for a term of 6 months.At the end of this term, *** did NOT fulfill their contractual agreement as we did not receive 1 candidate to interview and/or hire, we barely received ANY communication from them during this time. As a result, based on our agreement, we requested a full refund at the end of the the 6 month timeframe. The contract reads: *** REFUND POLICY. WHILE MOST PROJECTS ARE MUCH SHORTER, IF *** IS UNABLE TO FILL YOUR POSITION WITHIN 180 DAYS, WITHIN REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS, AND CLIENT DOES NOT WANT TO CONTINUE, *** IS TO REFUND CLIENT WITHIN 5 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS, A FULL REFUND."I have attached the executed contract along with email communication with the owner, *********************. In the email communication he has promised to refund our company but has not yet done so. At this time, he is no longer responding to our communication.

    We engaged ********************* and Exclusive Marketing Agency, LLC (***) to locate prospective Loan Officers for our **************** ****************************** on 7/21/22. The contract stated that we were to send them a retainer of $10,000 and in return they would send us candidates we could consider to hire. The contract (attached) states that the fee is refundable within "**** days" if they were unable to fulfill their obligations in 180 days. During the contract period, we offered to provide EMA ****** to our recruitment software and partner with them on locating candidates. We attempted to schedule calls with his staff to obtain status updates and were told by two of his staff members they had boarded us onto the "wrong program" and would not be successful in located a candidate unless we were migrated on to the correct program. Our firm was still patient and understood that things happen, and waited additional time for results to no avail. I contacted ********************* 1/20/2023 requesting a full refund per the terms of our contract, and on 1/24/23. ********************* acknowledged he would refund our retainer and send us tracking information. It is now 3/1/2023 and ********************* has been unresponsive for weeks. We are a small business with limited revenue and truly believe our money as taken from us fraudulently. I have attached the contract for your review.

    started working with company based on advertising promise of ROI for services or continued leads until ROI is completed. signed original contract in Aug of 2022. No response from company since Oct./Nov. of 2022. Issue was never resolved. I did not receive the services I paid for nor the guarantee that was promised both verbally and on their contract.

    We entered an agreement with *** and to say the least, they did not fill their end of the agreement. They collect the full fee upfront and harass consumers to speak with a licensed agent that has no interest in speaking with a loan officer. They charge top dollar per lead and do not do anything to when the leads do not convert. They guarantee your money back but do nothing when the leads do not convert. They also sent 1/3 of the amount of clients we paid for in the given month and ignore all correspondences sent. To any future individual seeking their services, do your research and read through their fake reviews to the real ones to determine this company does not care about you failing, just to take your money.

    I hired this business for recruiting services to recruit a loan officer for my mortgage brokerage. I paid them $10k to find and help me hire a loan officer for my company. We signed a contract that had a money back guarantee. They did not perform on their services and now are ghosting me when I try and collect my refund from them per the contract.
