    I ordered a slim patch from this company on Feb 9 2025. I tried cancelling the order right away after someone told me to check out company and I found people weren't getting merchandise. They never responded. Next day got a tracking number waited a few days checked with **** this tracking number didn't belong to anything no number found. Sent another message to company no answer again received another tracking number both tracking numbers were created same day same time have a picture of each no package assigned to these numbers. It says on there message **** service is waiting package but they don't have nothing(USPS) on these numbers tried again messaging but nothing heard back. All I am asking them is for my $75.57 back that they took right away and hopefully there is away to stop this scam before get scammed. Thank you for your help. ****** *******. *********************

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I ordered weight loss patches and recieved them on May 19th. I did exactly as they instructed. By the end of the 30 Days They were giving me such acid reflux that I had to get meds to help. I was miserable. THIS IS THEIR ADVERTIZEMENT: Do you have a money back guarantee? In case you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us free of charge up to 30 days after receipt. You will then receive a 100% refund of your purchase price from us within 7 days. When I emailed them ( they said this was their only contact), they said they would refund me 50%. I sent them a copy of their own ad and told them that was false advertizement and since I could not use them as they gave me acid that came up into my throat, I needed my refund. I would never use them again to let them keep harming me.
