    I canceled 6 months later they charged me for a year. Its very difficult to cancel. You call to cancel they then supposedly call you a different day to confirm its all ********. I have a meeting to supposedly cancel. Its very irritating.

    This company is horrible with communication and service. I have emailed them called them tried to cancel my account that they charge me $189 for then dont use.

    I've been using Housecall Pro since August 2024. As far as scheduling software, vehicle tracking, and general day-to-day business management it's great! I really do love that part of the platform, and it's the only reason I didnt give this a one-star review.Unfortunately, their website creation, management, and *********** is an absolute disaster. They built me a decent-looking website and promised to help rank me at the top of ******. That has not happened. In fact, Ive seen zero movement in terms of search rankings.Worse yet, they completely lock you out of your own site, so you cant bring in your own SEO expert or marketing vendor to do the job that Housecall Pro clearly isnt capable of. All updates and changes have to go through someone overseas (apparently in the ***********), who rarely responds to calls or emails and when they do, the turnaround time is painfully slow.I do plan to leave the service, but first I need to get my new website up and running. Once thats done, Ill be canceling the $130/month website service and will finally be free to hire someone who can actually deliver results.Bottom line: Housecall Pro is great for software but their website and marketing service is outsourced, ineffective, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Very disappointed.his

    I have been paying hcp for 6 months and have a issue with my account where it is unusable, I have been trying to get the issue resolved the entire time with extremely poor communication and continuous disregard from all departments. They are still currently charging me and continually not returning calls and messages. I have over 50 calls logged and 20hours with different departments on phone with still no actual help, this business is a scam and does not care about the end product only profits.

    I tried this company the initial free trial and was constantly called so I did the one month and was told I would be refunded if I was not for me. I cancelled before the 30 days was up and did not use it in that 30 days. Never was refunded and they co time to try to take out monthly payments. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend this company. Ive tried calling multiple times but never can get a live person. Its always through email and they send a cancellation then continue to try to take out payment.

    I would leave Zero stars if I could, I have given them two chances but they always have an issue with my bank which I have never had an issue using plaid as a payout system, but for some reason it doesn't work through their system. The second time around was the same reason, so I have been paying for a service that I can't even use. Which I think is absolutely unfair, Its too difficult to even try to make work. I absolutely need to have payouts in order to keep the business going. every time I ask for a refund because they did not hold up their end of the bargain. They all the sudden do not have time for you and will keep charging you even you have deactivated the account which I did a month ago, and they are still charging me because my Cancellation is still PENDING. They are stealing from me. DO NOT USE.

Based on their investigations they sometimes do deny payments and other times require more info before being able to approve. Housecall Pro does not have access to the investigation that ****** makes, but we do have to honor their decision. All of this is advised by our payment and Financial Technology team whenever situations like this occur. This process is not specific to ******, many other merchant services follow a similar process.     We have been with *** for about 3 years. We came over from another web-based platform. I have worked with various companies to transfer systems and data in my career. Data integrations are almost NEVER seamless. However, ***'s team worked really hard to get us the best possible transfer options to get us up and running. I did need to clean up data for some time after but it was expected and honestly, overdue. Over time, I have made recommendations to ***'s team and many have been integrated. Their ****** Mapping integration (not perfect but super helpful in planning our service routes! You're welcome! LOL) HCP listens! No system is perfect but HCP tries really hard to listen and work with us - they offer substitutes or solutions. Over time, more features that were once add-on services, were included as part of our regular service, as HCP grows, so does their baseline of service offerings. We are a small company - $1Mish revenue, a team of 10, including office and field staff. We have opted in to their card processing - super easy to track invoices & funds. We now run our payroll through them and it is a quick and easy process each payroll. The stats/reporting could use some fleshing out. When we have an open issue or ticket, someone always follows up - even if its a week later. We honestly don't take full advantage of ***'s offerings since some don't apply to our company. We have a lot of clients with multiple properties and contacts. Overall, we are happy HCP clients and our customers are happy with our estimating, invoicing and process - we like easy!

    Housecall pro is awful. We cancelled our account last year and they are still charging us! Their customer support doesn't have a direct line to billing who is the only one who can refund us for the money they took! They owe us over $***. **** refuses to call us back and we are calling their support at least two- three times a week.

    Housecall Pro is truly an amazing application for contractors, businesses, and independent professionals looking to streamline their estimates and even scale their companies! It offers so many fantastic features that make daily operations smoother, and we have personally enjoyed using it as basic users for a long timesince almost 2018!That being said, theres one feature that could make Housecall Pro even more powerful and efficient: a more streamlined way to apply fees to services. Currently, adding fees requires manual entry for each one, which can be quite time-consuming, especially when working on detailed estimates.For businesses like ours, transparency in pricing is key! We often need to include various types of service and material fees, such as installation percentages, delivery costs, material supplies, building and construction permits, payment delays, and many more. The ideal solution would be a feature that allows users to name and have predetermined fees (e.g., Supplies), assign a percentage or fixed dollar amount, and apply it effortlessly across different services and materials, even the same structure could apply for discounts.If Housecall Pro introduced this improvement, it would make the quoting process even more seamless, saving time and ensuring pricing clarity for both businesses and customers. We truly appreciate all the great tools already available and would love to see this addition in the future!It would be a perfect world.I appreciate Mr. ****** aid on information and clarifications regarding HCP features.****** *.
