              I ordered a CPAP machine from cpap.com, because ResMed does not sell direct, on March 1st 2024. The unit did not work from new and was returned to cpap.com for replacement. cpap.com then sent the unit back to ResMed as they are required. ResMed has had the unit ever since and I cannot even get a date for when ResMed will replace or they have said even repair? This machine has not worked from new. It is /6/17/2024 today. I have been refused a refund, so I can purchase a different machine, and cannot get a replacement machine. This machine is required to treat my sleep apnea and I have been without it for over 3 months and cannot get an answer as to when or if I will get a working machine!

              I have to tell you about the worst experience ever. I bought a airmini in May 2022. It has recently started stopping periodically and smelled over heated. I emailed Resmed for help. They said to contact the seller. I explained that I bought it on Resmed shop direct. They emailed and said to contact a local distributor but would say where. I finally found a phone number at Resmed. Called and they said Resmed doesn't service the product but called give me the phone number for Remed Shop. I called Resmed Shop and they said they couldn't help me and referred me back to the main number. I called again (for the 4 time) the main number and they said "sorry". What a waste of $800.
