    On June 22, 2023 we were at **************** to intern my wife's mothers ashes. We traveled from ******** for this purpose. We paid Conti & Son Monument Co $250.00 to add the name of ****** M ******* and her date of birth and death to the grave marker. The check cleared the bank on June 29, 2023. We were told it would be done promptly when we made the payment in person. I followed up with the cemetery in October, 2023 and was informed the marker was not updated. We spoke with ******* on Oct 18, 2023 at 6:00 pm Eastern time 3:00 pm Pacific. ******* assured us they would pick up the marker and promptly add ******** name. I followed up with the cemetery again in mid May, 2024 and on June 5, 2024 I received email confirmation with a picture that the marker has not been updated. Since it has been almost a year we can only conclude they have no intention of keeping their word or providing the service for which they have been paid. Unless the BBB can assure that the work will be done timely and properly we would like to receive a full refund in the form of Cashiers Check.

    In June 2020 I paid for my grandmothers cemetery plaque in full. They told me it will take up to 6 months for it to be finished. A year later I contacted the company and they said they were waiting for the stencils and said theyll email me when finished. I received no phone call or email follow-up. A year passes and I call again, they told me the same issue was happening and will call me back. I never received a call. Another 8 months go by and I call again and tell them its been almost 3 years and we are still waiting and asked for some type of reimbursement; they said theyll give me 200 and itll be done in a week. Its now 3 years since I paid for my grandmothers stone and I still havent heard from the business nor did I go back to pick up the 200 check they promised. This is terrible business and I understand in 2020 the death rate was high but its been 3 years and I have not heard from anyone about an update or anything. I would like to seek my full refund.

    Hello - We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. The stone was delivered to the cemetery back in December. The cemetery has a hold on it since you have not paid for the installation fees with them. We have attempted to connect with you with little to no success. Please connect with the cemetery to view your options with them. Regarding the issue with the stencil, this is something that we explained was an issue with all companies as this was COVID related and material was being held back in containers overseas. We followed up with you as soon as we were able to have this delivered and production started. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
