      C2 Financial is a great company to do business with. Their customer service is second to none and their communication team is on point, email and calls were returned within the hour. I was looking to refinance my mortgage over the summer, even with my good credit I could not get a decent rate. That's when I turned to C2 to find out what they had to offer. The process was flawless from filling out the application to uploading and signing documents, it was smooth sailing. The rate offered was lower than anticipated and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and their transparency. ***** ****** team did an excellent job with my refinance and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend C2.

      Both pros and cons, but overall, great company to work with!They did our refinancing for our mortgage. We were originally going to go with a different company, but they were able to offer us a rate 0.5% lower which is a huge difference.They were quick on communication and had a smooth process on receiving documents, etc. No hiccups there. The hiccups were in the time it took to get the refinancing finalized. Was told various dates, and every week we were excited and it didn't happen. However, we also had a holiday in there to factor in. Although it was longer than anticipated, we still have no regrets as they were professional and courteous. All in all, they did their job and did it well.

      Spamming my phone with loan offers with OTHER PEOPLES INFORMATION. Was showing me other people's credit and other info... I texted them back and they never responded. They keep sending me text but never respond.

      Worst experience ever with *******************. No truths. Horrible communication. This was literally the worst business experience I have ever had

      C2 Financial has looked into this matter and while we understand there was frustration, this was not caused by the **** *******************, it was caused by the Lender and the ************************************* As I am sure the borrower was aware, a construction loan is not straight forward and there are many moving pieces, of which cause confusion. From the investigation and communications sent over, it seems a if ************ did her best to be the go between, to explain the situation and to assist in this process, and ultimately Granite, the **** failed to communicate of which caused delays. The loan did ultimately close, and partly due to the over communication and requests for detail from ************, who was not willing to allow things to wait or slip by. While we understand the frustration, C2 Financial does not feel the review is deserved and stands by the *** who did their best to ensure the loan closed.

      *********************** started off really nice and was very communicative. About 2-3 weeks into our loan process, she dropped off the face of the planet. No communication with text, email, or phone. We called and called and finally talked to someone who ended up being her father. He gave us an up to date status of the loan. ******* has NOT answered any form of communication. She started off with telling us how she would help and how she would communicate all details of the status to us. She failed and this company failed. Do NOT start a loan with them.

      I spoke with ****** about a loan. He helped me shop 33 lenders and showed me how they were all pricing my loan and gave me the best priced loan that fit my scenario. He ran an approval on the spot and gave me my set of conditions right away. We worked on closing the loan by ordering an appraisal and meeting all the conditions within the next 3 weeks. I signed my loan and it funded one week later. The whole thing took about 6 weeks. I highly recommend ****** Kouhssari at C2 Financial ****
