      Paid Bike Bandit for parts that I never received.My order number **************** was for a carburator assembly for $77.12.Received an email in August of 2021 that part was unavailable. I was never able to get a refund or even get ahold of anyone there.Thank you Dominc

      An order was placed with BikeBandit.com for motorcycle parts on August 10, 2021. The total amount of the transaction was $1710.55. A partial shipment was made. The gas tank and turn signal were not. The total of the items not shipped was $893.90. Many attempts were made to contact BikeBandit.com by email and phone without any success. I would like a refund made for the items not shipped.

      I placed order #**************** with BikeBandit in mid-December 2021. Order was for $81.48. I never received any of the order. There was no correspondence from BikeBandit ever. I believe they are now out of business. I understand they got away with hundreds of thousands of dollars of customer money. Please do something to help us get our money back. ************************* ************ *****************

      On 10-22-21 I placed an online order with them. The order total was ****** and the order number is ****************. About two weeks after I paid, I was notified by bikebandit.com that the parts I ordered were no longer available from the manufacturer. Okay, no big deal; refund please. They never refunded my money and I never received my order. They do not take calls and the ** email no longer responds. I did receive an email from them 11-12-21. I have reached out a few more times, but nothing. I have emails; please excuse all the screen shots. I can forward them to you. Please help, ****

      Ordered product 07/2021 that said it was in stock. . Was told it was on nationwide back order. Decided to wait. After several months I tried reaching out to them to no avail. Apparently Im not the only one who has fell victim to this companies horrible sales tactics. If im not going to get my product after almost a year I want my money back so I can give it to a better company order #****************

      In 11/21 I ordered a set of rims for my four *******, my bank account was charged and I have not received any rims, emails, and can't get through on the phone. I have made many attempts just to contact someone and have been unsuccessful on all attempts

      Placed an order for mostly OEM Triumph parts 7/14/21. Got some automated emails saying parts weren't available, and charges would be refunded for those parts. The rear brake pads and wheel bearing kit actually did show up, but nothing else from the $205 order did, or will Several months went by, no refund, no parts, no communication. Reached out on 2/14/22 and again on 2/22/22. Finally today (5/9/22) called my CC company and they were unable to file a dispute because it has been more than 90 days since the order was placed, and because BikeBandit hasn't reached out to me. So it seems BB found a loophole; just ignore customers until the 90day dispute window closes and they can trot off with our money. None of their phone numbers work or are monitored and they aren't replying to emails I've been waiting almost a year to do my 18k service, and now I'll be paying for it 2x Such a shame, when I started riding in '08, I ordered from BB all the time and never had an issue

      On Augusta 29, 2021, order number ****************, I order brake pads foot pegs and a quick connect T totaling $269.35 and was charged for the total even though the pegs and T was on back order. I did receive the break pads a few days later. Since then I have had no updates on my order and in the past month I have tried logging onto my online account, emailing, contacting on social media, and calling with no being unable to do so, no response or a number that has been disconnected. There website which still is up and operational has sales that show ending at the end of December 2021, and there social media doesnt have any updated posts since November. I would like to get my money back so I can purchase pegs elsewhere.

      On 6 Nov 21 I placed an order for dirt bike parts. Order #**************** for $34.44. The part were never sent. I have tried contacting the company but the phone number does not work and they have not responded to my email. I have since purchased my parts elsewhere and require to be refunded.

      Ordered and paid for parts from Bike Bandit on 7/5/21 and have not received parts or a refund. Im attempted to contact the business and phone no longer works no response to email. I feel I was taken advantage of by a company and want a refund. Any held you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
