I bought a part for my atv on April 30th and still havent received it I paid over $400 for the part and feel as if I was robbed of my money. I dont believe they should have charged me until the part has been shipped to my house. I am also waiting on this part because I have been wanting to sell my atv so its pushing it back even further.Business response

I attempted to purchase a Spark plug connector XF05EMGGK on Jun 26, 2021 .......over the weekend I sent two emails saying cancel this ****Mon, Jun 28, 8:32 AM and was met with a BACK ORDER message and the item wou called June 29th 7:47 am and July 12 3:22pm to CANCEL THE **** AGAIN AND ASK FOR A REFUND Hi *******, This message is to inform you about a recent update regarding order 2106090219032200.The following item(s) listed below have been placed on a nationwide backorder through the manufacturer, meaning that the item(s) are currently not available but should become available at a later date.You are welcome to cancel your order before shipping takes place or looking for an alternative replacement. On 6-25-2021, I purchased 2 motorcycle tires, one of them was not in stock (which I was notified later of). So I canceled that tire after HOURS of being on hold. It is July 21 2021 and I have not received the refund promised. I have contacted them by email and by phone and all I get is a runaround Ill pass this to that department. I want my money now for the 1 tire that was canceled. Refunded to the card I used.Business response

I have returned 2 item that they acknowledge they received on July 1st 2021 . There website started it will take **** business days to get your money back and I have not received anything. Ive called twice all they say is we will contact billing and let them know and we will get back with you in the next few days!Business response

Place an order(#****************) for parts for the amount of $242.01 on 7/01/21. Received a back order on two of the parts later that day. After waiting and not even a partial shipment of the parts that were in stock I emailed to just cancel the whole order. I received no response to my email so a day later on 7/15/21 I called and actually got an answer and had them cancel my whole order and I received an email shortly after the call confirming my order had been canceled and a refund would be issued. As of today 7/20/21 I have not received my refund and they will not answer my calls to inquire about it.Business response
