    My experience at Courtesy Chevrolet was beyond unacceptable. My brother-in-law was buying out the lease on his 2022 truck, and the dealership tried to tack on a fake $3,495 smog fee. I knew this was illegal and unnecessary since smog checks arent required for vehicles less than five years old. When I confronted them about their blatant attempt to scam us, their General Sales Manager, ***, completely lost his cool. He stormed up to me, got right in my face, yelling and posturing like he wanted to start a physical fight. It wasnt just unprofessionalit was outright aggressive and borderline threatening. At one point, I genuinely thought he might take a swing at me. This kind of behavior is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. Instead of owning up to their dishonesty, they tried to intimidate me into silence. Joes actions show exactly what kind of shady and hostile environment this dealership operates under. If you value your safety, your money, and your sanity, avoid Courtesy Chevrolet at all costs. Dealing with them isnt just frustratingits downright dangerous with someone like *** running the show.

    The his place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My 2017 ***** Trax check engine light came on my dashboard 11/29/24. I ran a diagnostic on it with the code P0299. After some googling i found that my turbo engine could fail. So I made an appointment at Courtesy Chevrolet ************** since it is the closest one to me. I made an appointment for 12/2/24 at 8:30am and dropped it off on time. I showed the attendant **** I had a recall letter stating that this fix would come at no charge whatsoever. They texted me saying that my turbo will need to be replaced, and the part they need wasnt going to come in until tomorrow 12/3/24 and asked if that was ok, and I said it was fine. Since then I have received no communication about an up date on my vehicle. They have not once reached out to me to communicate any form of updates as to what is happening. I have tried calling and texting them since Wednesday 12/4/24. In all my years of owning a car and caring for it, I have never been so disappointed. I will be showing up at this location as soon as they open to speak with **** and the manager. Ive looked into how long it requires to replace a turbo, when parts are on hand this job should only take 4-8 hours of labor to repair. What I am extremely confused about is why this repair has taken 5 days to fix. They are withholding my vehicle from me for no apparent reason. After I have my car returned to me, I will never return to this place of business ever again. Do not waste any of your money or time here.

    **** *.Been here 2 times and the original reason I went for service has not been fixed. They did charge my warranty policy (3rd party) $7000 dollars for other repairs. Made a complaint on ****** reviews and the owner responded saying call in and speak to Service Manager. Well I did that and 4 days later still no return call. Shame on Courtesy Chevrolet.

    If you're thinking about buying a C8 from this dealer... STAY AWAY. Had a deposit for 3 years with them with an agreed upon markup for the future Zr1, they decided to not honor that and have told me there is no official list and they will sell for market value. I don't buy from people that don't honor their word. Will never buy a car again from them.

    Do not bring in your car for service here. I was played around trying to get my blown speaker fixed. My service advisor lied that my issue was not covered under warranty, parts on backordered, and the vin and parts are not compatible. He could have told me that they do not want to fix my car instead of wasting two weeks of my time waiting and hoping for an update.In the end, I went with another dealership who fixed my speaker under warranty and I pay $0 out of pocket, all complete within a week timeframe.

    Sure wish I would have read these post before going there.I bought a new truck paid cash, gave them 24 hours to do all the paperwork, both my wife and I asked is this the final amount. They reassured us that it was. We paid that amount and almost a month later we were called from their finance department telling us we owed more money. If that wasn't bad enough the person calling was extremely rude and trying to put the blame on us for that persons mistake. I don't see how they can continue using the name Courtesy.

    Brand new *********************************************************************************************************** leaking Fluid from a screw/bolt hole under the driveshaft. Fluid is puddled on transmission pan screws and thrown all around the undercarriage. Spent 60k on this truck with 50 miles on it and after 3 days of calling and leaving messages I can't get anyone to pick up the phone or return a call. Ext. **** and ****. What a joke!!Also, after trading in our 2018 **** Chevrolet failed to pay off our car after 30 DAYS, resulting in derogatory marks on our credit from an unpaid auto loan when we've never missed a payment on anything. Nothing but regrets!!

    I was completely taken advantage of. Horrible customer service. Salesman did not know anything about the car I was buying. I was trading in a car and was not given all the information and options I had. They knew they were going to make money off of my trade in so they withheld information to me. The car i purchased was not delivery ready. It had no gas in it and they did not go over the new car at all with me. Basically gave me the keys and said Bye. This was the end of the night and I wasn't even off the lot yet and they all left. Less than 12 hours later, i advised, i was not happy with the purchase and was going to come back and get my old car back. They would not let me as I was pressured and rushed (since it was the end of the night) in to signing a contraction canellation waiver. They went through the paperwork so quickly with me not fully explaining what I was signing. The morning after taking the new car, the warning light came on that tire pressure was low. They told me to fill the air myself. This was my 3rd and last car I will ever get from this dealership!

If you like we can make those arrangements and make sure your air pressure is correct. Again, we do apologize if you felt rushed and I can have a salesperson with more knowledge of your vehicle and go over the features.     Absolutely unprofessional I had been inquiring about a 2019 Silverado LD that has been listed for over 68 days on car gurus. On their main website the add for the truck is still up. I was in communication with this dealer via email for the last week about the status of this truck and was told the truck is still available. I live about 90 miles away. I drive down to go look at the truck. I meet up with one of the sales *************************** and then we start walking to which I thought was the 2019 ***** Silverado LD but he takes me to a 2014 telsa. How in the h*** do you get a Silverado and a Tesla mixed up. We walk around a little more and we still can't find the truck . **** takes me back into ************** where I meet with another sales rep ( I believe his name is ******) and **** asked ****** if he can help me find the 2019 Silverado LD. ****** looks at the computer and starts to go look for the truck. 15 minutes go buy and ****** comes back. I am told the truck is getting detailed it should be right out. Another 10 minutes go by and I am now told one system they have shows the truck being sold and the other system they have shows the truck still available . ( I should have left at this point) but if this truck is really sold why was I asked to come in today to look at it . Why wasn't I either called or emailed about the truck being sold. they said they were going to confirm they are on the phone with general manager right now. 5 minutes later I am told the truck is now sold. They were trying to upsell me on a 2015 Silverado ( 2 years newer than what I currently have but has more miles than my truck) I said first of all that's not I inquired about and second why would I buy something newer but has more miles on it than what I have. Then ****** tried to see if I was interested in a ******** and and said I am just going to leave. Now I drove about 170 miles round trip . Absolutely f***** up and unprofessional. Don't bother inquiring about a vehicle here.

    They are like real scam. I ordered 4 vehicles from them 6 months ago. Today they called me and said vehicles are ready. When I was ordering vehicles they said there wont be any **** up. Today vehicles arrived and they said there is $3000 **** up per car. It is really unacceptable. I put $2,000 deposit for these vehicles and waited 6 months. It is not fair , even it is not legal. When I was ordering vehicles we signed papers and it was clearly showing the number. Why do I have to pay over price when I signed exact amount numbers already. Just this year I bought 11 vehicles for my company and I deal with dealers all the time. This dealership is the worst so far Ive seen.
