This business has been unbelievably frustrating to deal with. I took my car in a MONTH ago for its regular maintenance. Every time they complete a maintenance check they are supposed to provide you with a multi inspection ***ort. They did not provide that. I called their service team and spoke to the same person that services me originally and he said he would get it to me. That never happened so I called back in over a week later and the lady I spoke to on the phone said it cant be emailed to me and that I have to go in person to obtain it. So I took the time to drive there and again spoke with the service *** that originally assisted me, ******, he basically told me he was too busy and that Id need to sit and wait a while before he could get to me. I was so infuriated by that but I stayed polite and just asked him if he could email it to me. He said that he would email it to me and call me and NEVER got back to me. I left a yelp review and **** G, one of their directors ***lied back to my review providing me with her email and requesting I reach out to her. I sent her an email and didnt receive anything back for over a week so I called and left a VM and STILL did not receive anything ***ly. Finally, OVER A MONTH LATER, someone, not ****, reached out to me to try and email me the multi inspection form. This is absolutely ATROCIOUS service! Its literally taken over a month for you to get this ***ort to me. How am I even supposed to trust the accuracy of this? How do I know you didnt just put together some random ***ort now and send it to me? I reach out out to a director and get ghosted as well?? Terrible, terrible, terrible service for a long time customer. Ive been coming to you for YEARS and you treat the matter with such low priority. Thats whats frustrating.

Was there recently to buyout my lease, had agreed on a number and went off to the finance person who I was told was the finance manager. The sales person (***** C ) let me know that for me to buy out my lease I had to get the extended manufacture warranty. I didnt think much of it. When I was with the finance person had me sign the usual dmv paper work and a couple more forms. When it came to signing the sale contract he showed me the front page to review and quickly pulled it away. He seemed nervous but didnt think much of it. When he said we had to do The electronic signatures I said OK and if he can turn his computer screen so that I can see what I was signing and an he told me that it was things that I had already signed on a physical paper so I was like OK and I it didnt sit well with me because Ive done this a couple times and usually the finance person turns their screen and I can see what it is that I am initialing or signing. So I went ahead and I signed the paper work. When I got home, I pulled out the sales contract, and I realized there was a backside to it, and there was an optional theft deterrent device that was added without my consent and I the Toyota extended warranty that that I was told was mandatory was actually put down as an optional service so I couldve opted out of it making the loan amount about 6.5k less him pulling the sheet fast makes sense because it feels like he was trying to hide this. I called and ask what this SW dealer amount what was for and he claimed that he gave me a discount and kept the payment that we had agreed on the same, but I let him know that if it was optional and I couldve taken it out the loan wouldve made monthly payment lower and he kept telling me that it was a misunderstanding. This doesnt seem like a misunderstanding, it seems to me they were trying to get their commission by hiding optional services that they tacked on.

Went to dealership to purchase a car that was listed on their website. Was a very specific model and VIN. That car had not yet been received in inventory from the manufacturer. Negotiated a price based on a TrueCar offer. Signed all paperwork and provided a payment for the entire amount. Got a call from the dealer that "your car never was received from the manufacturer in our latest shipment, and we don't know what happened to it. But we have one that is kind of like it". Obvious that they didn't like the price that was negotiated, and sold the car to someone else or another dealer. Ended up with another model/trim level, but I will never do business with this dealership again.

Found a vehicle that matched what I had been looking for. Spoke to the salesman via email and scheduled a test drive. Got down there, drove the vehicle. Told them I had financing already set up. Told me to fill out a credit application. Asked why, I already have financing. Said they have everyone do it for security purposes. Immediately thought it was complete BS. Did it anyways, asked him several times about the running my credit. Said they werent going to. Finished the app, he goes back to get prices. Before he comes back, my phone goes off, credit monitoring alert. ******, I should have walked out because they were already doing shady tactics. Listened to them for a bit more, the usual car sales tactics, slip in extras, try to sell stuff thats not needed. Take it out extras, change the terms and quietly slip them back in. Wouldnt budge on price, so I walked. ****** they ran my credit, should have negotiated for price right then.

Wanted $190 to diagnose a check engine light which I agreed to. After 3 hours they said it needed additional testing and it would be over $500 now. I said absolutely not and instructed them to get my vehicle back to me ASAP. Classic rip off slime ball tactics that I wasn't falling for. I hope I made them uncomfortable and ruined their day like they tried to do to mine.
