Pacific Honda's ****************** is THE WORST - here's my experience the last 2 days:9/25: Called to schedule warranty replacement of leaking brake fluid cap, on hold for 10 minutes, so switched to Chat, which schedule an appt while promising me a Service Advisor would call me back.4 hours later, no call back and still unable to get an advisor on the phone.9/26: Chatted again, was told an advisor would call - no call back.9/27: Called at 10am, pressed "speak with an advisor" and when someone answered the phone, I assumed it was an advisor, relaying the entire issue only for them to respond with, "can you repeat that?" I ask which part - then silence, to which I ask are you an advisor? Clearly no, just some intern answering the phones. I leave my name/# and ask for an advisor to call me.2 hours later, no call back, so I call in and ask for an advisor - get transferred to a line that says mailbox is full, goodbye. I call back and I guess the intern recognizes my # and immediately puts me on hold. I hold for 4-5 minutes, hang up and call back. Then my call rings over 15 times as the intern decides to not pick up my call. This is Pacific Honda's version of ***************** Looks like I'm changing locations and even though the Sales experience was ok, their inability to even care about Service means it's time to go elsewhere.

0 stars Had a contract on a 2024 Honda civic sport. They said they would hold it for me, then come back and said it just got sold while we were talking. This was the way they treated my nephew who they new was a young 19 year old Marine stationed at *******.

Not worth the time. We were looking to sell a Honda Civic, and while we had several offers around 8k, Pacific Honda was the highest at 8.7k which they assured as long as major repairs arent need. I took time off work, and the inspection took an hour. Afterwards, the Honda employee (****) said it was in great condition but the brushes need to be replaced, as well as needing new windshield wipers. I had recently taken the car to a third party mechanic, and the brushes were fine (and if needed to replace were only a few hundred). Wipers are 25 dollars at ******* Regardless, he then offered 7k - the same I could have gotten from Carvana (minus the time and inconvenience going to Honda). He reverted to classic dealer bargaining (let me talk to my manager). By the time he returned, I had sold the car to another dealer over the phone for more.

My recent experience with Pacific Honda (PH) is by far the worst ever. On Apr 4th, I dropped off my car at 9:30, per appointment, for a 60k maintenance and AC repair. By ~4pm, no one had called, so I phoned to get an update. I finally managed to get someone after several attempts and was told that my assigned service advisor was not working that day - is that a joke?! Afterwards, we called numerous times over the next 2 hours, but couldnt get any information. Our car was left at PH overnight and, consequently, we had to make several changes to our plans. We finally got our car back the next day. We didnt want to waste more time complaining and decided to move on. Wishful thinking - driving back on the freeway, my car suddenly started losing power and the engine light came on. It was very scary, and I thought I might crash. Luckily, I was on the outside lane near an exit. I managed to get off the highway and parked. We called AAA, waited ~1hr for the tow truck and spent another ~1.5hrs stuck in afternoon traffic getting back to Pacific Honda. On top of using our towing mileage, we had to pay $100 extra. The car was left overnight with them - no rental car was offered. The following day, they told us, without apologizing, that the problem was due to a technician not flushing the engine. Their negligence put me in serious danger and wasted a lot of our time. We strongly felt that we deserved a refund for such poor service and extremely sloppy work. We spoke to the manager. He was neither apologetic for their failed service, nor sympathetic for our stress and wasted time. He offered us minimal compensation, which was nothing after covering the towing cost. He was not open to discussion and complained that we asked too many questions. To summarize, the whole thing is a joke and a disgrace to their profession (absent service adviser, letting the car out unfinished, a callous manager) - we will never go back to them and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Great sales and service. We have purchased our last 3 Honda here and used their service department every maintenance. Great staff.

My car was dropped off 2/10 at 12:30. I was greeted by *****, a service advisor, and was lead to the service center. ***** filled out the form taking down the information I provided and even double checked my contact information. My intention was to get a brake fluid exchange, transmission service, replace my tire rod ends, and an alignment. I stressed that I needed my car before Monday as I had work. ***** said that it would be done by Saturday and that he would be in touch with me. Friday and Saturday no one called despite my attempts to get in touch with someone. Sunday morning still no one called. I call again the number seems to be broken now. We drive to the dealership. I go inside the sales area as the service center is clearly closed. I speak with the sales manager, he explains to me that he is unable to help, he states that the service center is closed and locked. He states he couldn't even get my car for me even if I demanded it. The sales manager tells me to go to the service center on Monday at 730. I am able to secure a ride from a family member and arrive at the service center at 730. As I walk into the service center I hear my phone buzz and find ***** who states he was just trying to call me. I explain that I want my car back but I wanted to know what happened and why no one contacted me. ***** states that he and his manager had tried to get in touch me over the weekend. He checks if the number he has is correct. The number he reads to me is wrong. He asks if I have ever had that number before when I got prior work done. He states SOMEONE must've entered the wrong number when the systems came back on. I explain that none of that is my concern anymore and I want my car back so that I can get to work. As I looked at my own paperwork from the triplicate form I notice that my correct phone number is on it. ***** states he is unsure and that it must've been a mistake and no one thought to check the forms since normally they work off the computer system.

Had customer come back in on the 23rd of February. We provided her with a loaner at no charge to look at her vehicle again. She approved a transmission service and wanted her tie rods checked out. When we gave the customer the estimate she declined the service and decided to go to an independent shop. We also did not charge the customer for any diagnosis or the transmission service.

Purchased a **** acura rsx. Everything was fine. Staff very responsive to inquiries about the vehicle and transaction went through. Things went downhill when car started acting up. The steering wheel was locking and not turning on a few occasions while driving. Took it to my local auto repair and after doing a through inspection they let me know to contact the dealership where I purchased this from because it seemed they sold me me car that they knew had major damages and instead of properly fixing the issue they seemed to patch it up. Called several times and got passed on to multiple people. Left a message and finally got a hold of someone. Explained my situation as I had moved up to ************ and I was wondering if they could assist in anyway to get this resolved. Instead of helping he accused my auto repair of making up lies to get money and I should understand that since its a used car things can happen. Bottom line is they sold me a car unfit to drive and extremely unsafe. He asked for me to email the quote. I did and got absolutely no response back. I even offered to have my car shipped down and his reply was that doesnt make sense its going to cost more. I never heard back from them to see if theres anything they could do. Just left me with a car payment and more debt on top that. I should have done my due diligence and read up more on this dealership if youre currently looking at a vehicle here please think twice and read all complains and reviews.
